No complaints. Smooth layout lots of storage. I just popped my cricket sim card in and I was good to go.

I expected much better. It lags and restarts itself without warning twice a week. It does not show the speed the specs lead to believe.

I love the color, has a great battery, camera is amazing and the storage is fantastic i wont run out for a while.

Great phone for the price. Replacing my older S7 edge that was giving me trouble and did not want to spend all that extra money on the new top models. Best Buy transferred my data and got me going. Their employees are so helpful. Very happy with this phone and it fits my needs perfectly.

Cons: Had an iPhone before and prefer some of the functions of it better. Also, the iPhone was smaller yet, way easier to type on and predictive text was better! Do not like the way I am unable to put my apps in the order I want them. Pros: Lots of storage, decent I pictures. My husband likes his.

Bought this as an upgrade from my Note 5. Way better battery life with better performance. Great value!

My Galaxy Note 10+ was stolen, and I couldn't afford to get another at the time. This is a decent phone, but I need a little more. If you just need a phone for calls and internet then ok, decent product for the price.

For the price and the features it made a great gift my aunt loved it. And it came unlocked

Great phone. I have been using this for over a year now and I still love it. The only complaint is the camera. I used to have Samsungs top phone but it was too expensive to replace. This is great but the camera doesn’t compare to the other one. But the is way more affordable.

I love my new Samsung A51 phone! It has many more options than my older phone which accidentally broke. It was in the price range I could handle. And with a few questions on its operation to your staff, I was able to figure out how it functions with all the options. It is for the most part very user friendly. Your staff at Best Buy is exceptional. Mike Munafo-Cullers has the most wonderful qualities as a Best Buy employee and well deserved the letter of commendation I sent.

Great phone, really well priced for an unlocked Samsung. I had no issue getting it connected with my cell service provider. Love the size and all the new features, especially the extra camera lens. It takes amazing pictures!! I highly recommend this phone to anyone that loves Androids.
