    Got this one for 74yo mom replacing a flip phone. I was worried it was gonna take night school to learn, but surprise...she picked up just fine. Still fine tuning a few things like cleaning up messages and plenty of pictures of the inside of her purse.

    I bought this phone as a fairly inexpensive replacement of my S7 that my dog (who has never chewed anything that wasn't his) decided to chew. This phone is easy to use and basically operates the same as my previous S7. It's a little heavier and taller and seems to need a heavier push on the screen.

    Screen quality is great and camera is decent, call quality is horrible. But I don't know if I just got a defectives device because it takes a while for someone I call or who calls me to be able to hear me (about 5 seconds or more after I've answered). Won't pick up my headset via bluetooth half the time. I've only had this phone for a month and am having these issues already. But the return/exchange policy is only 2 weeks so I'm looking into factory warranty now.

    Replacement for older Samsung. Very good for display. Only complaint I have (a small one) is on the increased size over the last one. I would definitely recommend this phone for purchase.

    Nice phone, bought it for my dad of 89. Too much for him. To sensitive, to many apps and functions. I had to fix something everyday. For a younger user a great phone but not for seniors. Best buy person was of no help in selecting this phone. Definately steered us in wrong direction
