Really liked my old Samsung Galaxy 4, but AT&T wrote to me that I had to get rid of it and buy a 5G cell phone or I'd have no service. A lie! AT&T agent said you can use Galaxy for 15 more years. Had to go to an AT&T store to have them activate my PASSWORD (They said it should have been activated when I bought the phone)! Everything is controlled by Google every step of the way. I'm told I can't get rid of Google, the use of Passwords constantly and the whole intrusion of my LIFE AND TIME! i ONLY WANT A PHONE AND TEXT CAPABILITIES. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Contacted carrier and Samsung 16 days after I received phone. Carrier sent a relacement which was a beat up refurbishrd phone. Not happy with AT&T or Samsung.

The fingerprint senor is under the glass, and I get "no match" on my fingerprint (have three different fingers in the system) more than 65% of the time, forcing me to use my pin. Unacceptable for a feature. Also, Speech-to-text as well as swype, are horrible on this product. Speech-to-text is just about as unusable as the fingerprint sensor. What was once a "goto" on my Motorola phones, has become unusable on this Samsung phone. The phone it a pretty good phone, but these features, are horribly implemented. I'm not sure I would go with the A51 again because of this.
