Called Samsung warranty, they walked me thru troubleshooting to confirm issues. Advised me to take to a service center who told me because there were invisible "cracks" in the screen that he needed to use a flashlight to see, the warranty was VOID. Before you take a phone I guess you have to flashlight it, my guess, is that every phone made has these cracks.
