Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Samsung has a privacy, and terms & condition stating they are going to use all of your information ie: where you connect wifi, location, web searches, etc.. and or sell it to 3rd party vendors. You will have a hard time trying to opt out. Best buy will most likely open your phone box if it's shipped to store, if you have shipped to your home they will send it in a padded envelope which provides no protection. I bought the unlocked version and paid extra to get a cleaner phone with little to no 3rd party applications but it is filled with bloatware including Netflix and Facebook apps that can't be removed. Also phone rep insisted on selling me an A51 4g case for my 5g version, cause they sell the 4g case for all the 5g versions they sell(they're different dimensions). Save yourself the headache and stay away from Samsung and especially Best buy. They can't be trusted.

While the phone itself has worked great, I am really worried about the battery. One of the things I always like about getting a new phone is the solid battery life. Eventually, it goes away. With this phone having a 4500mah battery, I was expecting a lot more. This phone drains at the same rate as my 2+ year Huawei phone that it replaced. That's with a power saver in place too!!!! I have a feeling I won't have this phone for more than a year. Just because I can charge the phone quickly doesn't mean it's an acceptable compromise for the drain.
