I do not like the fact that you can't remove the battery. That is my major complaint . It is also difficult getting accessories for this Phone.

This phone has features that my old one did not have, which I like. It is longer than my Samsun S7, which I am not fond of because it doesn't fit into my front pocket as easily. It takes really great pictures.

Great phone I love it and Thomas the best bye guy was great help I am not really text savy and he showed me a phone that wasn't much different than mine so the learning curve wasn't bad. I would most definitely recommend best buy.

Overall decent average phone. Fingerprint scanner works very poorly compared to my S8. Biggest disappointment, no wireless charging ability. Thought that was a standard feature. For a phone 3 years newer than my S8, not an upgrade. Samsung needs to step up, $400 for a phone that won't wirelessly charge, should've got a new battery for my S8.

OK level of service, considering that I was a first-time cell phone buyer at Best Buy. Unfortunately, the rep did not make the correct changes to my existing Verizon account...and caused me a lot of grief that a Verizon phone rep had to work through with me and make necessary corrections. Otherwise I would have been paying WAY TOO MUCH for my monthly service. Ouch!

Phone works really well except for swiping to receive a call..sometimes I have to swipe several times for it to connect. This is a very good phone that has all the bells and whistles that a low tech person wold need or want.

Bought this for my wife, she loves it. She's an artist who takes a lot of pictures and appreciates the quality of the screen and storage capacity. Got a good price at Best Buy.

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy A51 5G UW 128 GB Prism Brick Blue (Verizon) from Best Buy for myself. The phone is working very well. I am very happy with it.

This phone was purchased for my husband and a work only phone. We’re an Apple family so it took him some time getting used to it. Otherwise it works great for calls and video conferencing. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful experience in purchasing this phone. It was in stock and the sales associate was great. He transferred the data from the old phone to the new phone and everything is working fine.

Working to get used to it all features etc you should have some king of class to show u all features and how to use them

The phone was amazing also the service from Best Buy people was outstanding My only complaint is from Verizon service misleading the terms and fees I signed up for Was a big surprise when I accessed my account fill with other fees like I chose $30 plan Verizon never advertised there was an extra $35 Line Access Fee “ That was a no deal so I decided to cancel.

This phone replaced my Galaxy S7. It is awesome! Couldn't be happier.

I got this phone for my son. He is really happy with it. It is a great alternative to the Samsung Galaxy if you want to save a little money.

Much more advanced then previous Samsung mobile phones. The camera is ok, could be better.
