This is the worst phone I have ever owned! It constantly drops calls, stops working in the middle of doing things, lags then freezes, all around the slowest least functional phone. I just got rid of the cheapest j7 outdated crop phone and it was 10 x better than this phone.

Phone is great but rep lost all my photos and pics

My problem is when the representative transferred data to the new one from the old one, my pictures/photos are all gone! I've lost them and they mean more to me than anything!!! I'm a widow and a mom and grandma and that's my HISTORY!!! I'm so disappointed and extremely sad.
