This is the FIRST smartphone I have ever owned and am still learning about it - slow process for me (I'm old), but am ENJOYING the features and phone very much - for the most part it is easy to navigate - sound quality is good - speaker feature is awesome - pictures are fantastic - you can adjust color, lighting, ect...- bottom line A VERY GOOD PHONE

We got this for someone that only needs the basics, and it provides more than enough functionality for them. The build is nice, as is the feel, and operation is pretty straightforward. The one negative I would cite is that it does not support wireless charging, which these days is a bit like a car that does not have anti-lock brakes...

Again no indicator light which is a HUGE con for me. I guess Samsung didn't think people liked the indicators and eliminated them. Had I known that the phone didn't have one I would have bought something different. Shame for Samsung because if this is the trend, I won't buy another one. Camera's are excellent tho. Vivid colors and easy to use.

I bought 2 if these, one for me and one for my son. So far I like really well. It's taking me some time to get use to, since I'm not computer savvy. The guy at best buy named Matt, here at Avon Indiana store was very helpful and accommodating. He is a real godsend. I know that there is a lot more that I need to learn, but so far, so good. I did bring back after Christmas, to get some help. Matt wasn't working. The store was chaotic, and had to wait 2 hours to speak to someone. The way best buy had the wait line set up was sort of screwy. 3 couples, customers were waiting forever, and some guy just walked up to representative. We felt like we were cut, in the line. We got some song and dance about that. I finally got m6 turn and the guy I went to said "sorry" I got lunch, one of these other guys have to help you. Turned his back and walked away. Waited again forever, and then got Justin. He was very helpful as well. I would suggest getting more phone reps, or a better system to help phone customers. My first 2 times went well. 3rd time, stunk.

New to Smart phones. No classes available due to COVID-19. Slow learning process from family. Great price. No case or screen protector available at time of purchase. Tried to order online, but order cancelled day after stated arrival date. In store sales person VERY helpful!

Our experience in purchasing this "new" model (for us) was perfect. After catching on to the differences between this new one, compared to my previous (very old) version, I am extremely happy with my choice. Also, I've returned a couple of times for tech help and have received excellent advice. That is the best part of purchasing this from Best Buy.

The Samsung - Galaxy A51 - Prism Crush Black is a great looking phone for a great, budget price. If you aren't looking to pay the highest price for the newest phone, this one will do a great job for all your needs.

My Motorola phone died. I went to look for another Motorola phone but was having trouble finding something they would work for me. I decided to try the Samsung a 51 and I am very impressed. It feels like a very high end phone has lots of great features and everything works.

We purchased the Samsung A51 phone to replace our outdated S6. We have been very happy with the performance of this phone. The speed of the phone to load data and go from app to app is amazing. The charging speed is also outstanding. We would highly recommend this phone,

I bought this for my Mom who's badly in need of a cell phone to replace her old S6. So far so good. She hasn't had any problems. Hopefully, this phone will last for a long time. Got this phone during black Friday and it was very affordable. It serves its purpose.

I Absolutely Love this phone. The phone is very thin and lightweight. The clarity and color is Beautiful. Very quick response with more features than you'll ever use. Battery is lasting a few days for me and has a fast charge. Highly recommend this phone.

Had a long overdue upgrade for Verizon. So far so good. Camera is ok but not overly impressive. Otherwise the processing speed and other features and functions from Samsung work as expected or better.

My Wife's old Droid was dying it would not hold a charge. After getting this phone setup she is very happy. Picture quality is good and nice bright display, and sale price made it even better.

Camera is awesome! charge does not seem to last as long as my Moto Z Play. getting used to Samsung features. I have last pass now samsung has a pass with fingerprint, nice feature but there is a learning curve and transfer of all passwords.

This is the wife's phone. She has always had Samsung and had very little difficulty adapting to this one. As with any new phone, you have to figure out just how it works. Great battery life for someone who does not surf or live on it.

So far so good all features are excellent we've already purchased another one. The only thing that would be better is if it came with screen and lenses covers even a cheap case so you have some protection until you can purchase yours if choice
