Doesn't have the latest bells and whistles but if you're looking for a good phone that does almost as much as the Galaxy S line without breaking the bank then this is for you.

I bought this phone for my wife and she likes it a lot. She had been using a Samsung S7. This phone is an improvement in every way over her old phone. She particularly likes the improved camera and the faster speed of downloads.

Great phone for a great price. Just watch the specials as it was supposed to be free with my upgrade but I'm getting charged 7 bucks a month by Verizon. Still a good deal

Bought this as a gift for my child. Many features, too many to list. Overall good first phone, make sure when looking for cases that you get case for S51 and not the S51 5G which is a different size and spec.

This was the first time we purchased our phones from Best Buy. It was honestly the best experience we have ever had buying new phones and getting them set up. The website was easy to navigate. The store is designed to keep people safe, organized and the employees are helpful. I find myself sharing this wonderful experience with everyone when they ask about purchasing phones from there! When it is time to upgrade phones again, I will defintely be looking into Best Buy in the future! Job well done!

Phone works great for what I need : calls, text, e mail. Got a $399.00 phone for $6.00 month !! Why pay $$oo's more for features you probably don't need ? I am 65 with basic needs...don 't need an OFFICE in my pocket. Bought a case and glass shield online from another retailer. BB online chat helped me transfer all contacts and pics from my old phone too. BB rocks !! Very pleased ! Unfortunately, not an instruction book included so you learn from old phone or "on the fly " but hey, it's a phone!

this phone is great. I love the camera on it. Its lightweight and feels great in my hands. It is a tad laggy with launching apps and such but this doesn't bother me much.

Best phone that I've owned, larger screen for better viewing, all the new amenities, great price even compared to the phone company special deals.

Bought online, picked up in store. Talked with verizon on phone and they had it set up and working in minutes! Phone works just like any other Samsung, just has no wireless charging. Great phone with great price!

Works really well compared to my previous Samsung galaxy s7. The functions are easy to learn and manipulate. The functions were easy to operate and you don't have to use the tutorials or help

This is an excellent replacement for my Samsung S6. It's light weight and I like the bigger screen. It took me a while to decide to replace to the phone, but I'm glad I chose this one. The price was right too!

Got 2 of these phones for my parents and they were a great upgrade from their Galaxy A10e. I managed to get them on sale so for the price they are very good. Solid camera and good response time.

Good phone for the money. Too many installed Samsung apps. Having problems with email icon badges activation after considerable effort. 125gig storage is significantly better than last phone.

Love this cell phone we have no issues. Finally upgraded from the old school Galaxy S4. Only cell to meet my requirement list for the price.

So far a decent phone. Photos are nice. I don't care for some of the features like texting but it's just me getting used to it. Moved from Pixel phone. A decent basic phone.

We bought these phones for our kids (purchased one earlier this year and now upgraded our other daughters phone). They really like the phones and say the camera is really nice!

So far I really like this phone. I previously had a A11 which is a basic smartphone with a terrible camera. The camera in the A51 appears to be quite an upgrade from the A11.

Got this for my teenager. He likes it and has had no issues with it. He uses it for You Tube, music and general internet browsing. He likes the big screen size as well.

This was an easy transition from my old Samsung Galaxy s7. The features are very similar. It has some new features that are nice. The battery life has been very good too.

brought this phone because it was cheap but i must say it held up for me to play games and then arch tv on battery was good
