The phone literally looks and works like an expensive phone. Best valuable phone in the market. Camera works perfectly, its super fast for what you pay for. Definitely recommend this phone to anyone with or without a budget.

Have had this phone since the day of purchase and it still works and no issues so far. Love the color of the display bright and colorful. The 4GB of ram makes it great to have multiple things open. It can run games very well.

a good for basic smart phone use and much cheaper than other Samsung phones. My wife got the s10e for twice the price and I can't tell that much difference. Her camera and processor may be better but for basic use this is great phone.

If you love Samsung, and want a new phone without breaking the bank, this is the way to go! The all screen design is amazing, and a design that doesn’t make it look old. The only downside is that the back is made of plastic and there is no wireless charging! Other than that a great buy!

I bought this to replace my Pixel 3A XL. Thought it would be better since it's Samsung, turns out Google entry level phones are wayyyyyy better. The only thing that I liked about this phone is the camera. It lags all the time. It takes like 5-10 seconds to go on the second screen. When I play games it lags. All in all, it's not a great phone for the price.

This phone replaced my old Samsung Galaxy which I had been very happy with. Basic functions were about the same, Learning to use it was not a problem. Best Buy was much cheaper than buying the same phone from Verizon.

I have purchased 3 of these phones within a year's time. All for my older family members. They are great phones and easy to use. Its a decent phone with all the "only needed" features. My dad even watches movies on his. This is a great phone for a great price.

This is a great phone, especially for the price. It works as advertised and the screen is brilliant. The battery charges fast The battery lasted through a day regular use, of reading news and writing and sending texts, with the screen on for over 10 hours.

Excellent phone for anyone on a budget and not even that or a parent ! I bought this for dad and I’m actually surprised it outlasts my Xr iPhone. Great quality , battery, camera and everything you need in the phone! Even easy transfer option between droids

Nice screen. Nice size. Good memory. Fast enough for someone that doesn't need to have the latest greatest flagship phone. The price was right. The only downside is it doesn't have water resistance.

My mother's previous phone died. She didn't want to spend $1000 on a new phone and, honestly, that would be too much new technology for her. After some research, we bought this phone. She loves it! I just wish there hadn't been a $40 charge to activate with Verizon. Not sure who to blame for that but that should be free. Great display, great battery life, and she loves the Google assistant for calls and directions in her car!

I've had this phone for almost a year now. And still no complaints at all. Battery life is great. The reception is great. I haven't had a single problem with it at all.

Phone is dead slow coming from a iPhone 7. You tube using lowest res possible on 2.4 WiFi ,it cant do 5 even thou it tries still buffers at least twice on a 2 min video. Camera is nice but you have to go into developer setting to activate settings that will allow u to access the camera settings. QR codes has to default to Samsung 's browser. Streaming video using VLC ? Forget it! that is with COX Gigablast connection. It's a pretty phone. Nice and sleek. Kinda like a new girlfriend that also happens to be a sociopath. PS. speaker is mono.

Brought this for my mom who is constantly messing up other expensive Samsung phones. This phone is a awesome substitute for less the price and still easy for her to navigate through.

Nice Samsung smartphone with a beautiful screen and a lot of memorey. The only drawback is the reletive short battery lifez requiring you to charge the device after a regular days usage.

I really love my new phone. Was hesitant about spending the money to upgrade, but it was a wise purchase. This phone does much more than my other Samsung J model. It is well worth the cost. I am able to make videos with much more ease, and I love the notifications that pop up to inform me of meetings, calls, etc. Again, this upgrade was well worth the extra dollars. Glad I lost my old phone.

Decent phone for what you pay for. Camera is actually really good. Quality photos every time. Although, the screen is easily gets cracked. Highly recommend getting a quality case.

Love the phone, perfect size, great features and good price. The only difficulty is trying to figure out how to set up voicemail (easy if I had Verizon or ATT, but no luck w Sprint)

I already prefer this phone over the Google Pixel 3a XL 64gb. This phone takes better pictures and the quality is great. Love best buy. Just waiting for my trade in payment.
