Great phone, bought one for my mom and dad and they love them. They love them more than the iphone 10. That they are easier to use.

I have had the phone 1 month. So far, it is an excellent phone. Takes great photos.

I was forced to upgrade my phone because AT&T disabled my unlocked phone and I had no clue about this! So since the A-53 isn't out yet I just got the A-52. It's perfect, except the fingerprint scanner is way worse than my older phone....not accurate at all and I can barely get it to work. Other than that I have no other complaints.

Love my new Samsung A52. My old Samsung was a 4G and new I had to purchase an updated phone. I am learning to use the new features. I am very happy with it.

Good phone. Finding compatible accessories might be difficult from several carriers.

It's a good phone with a big screen and I like being with at&t.

did research and found that this one was what i wanted and i didn't realize that i could order it from best buy and didn't have to go through at&t. very glad i made this choice and i purchased 2 of them.

I love my new phone it was the best product I could have purchased because Im not great on cell phones Im still getting use to it it will take a while but I do love It.

Need a printed manual to learn how to use the many features. I am not very tech savvy and need lots of help.

Well I decided to upgrade from my Samsung A50 4G phone. And I am very happy with my purchase for several reasons: 1. The A52 5G is plenty fast, never lags. 2. The battery lasts a full 18 hours with heavy use, much longer than my older A50. 3. The full brightness nits are 800 so I can easily see the screen in bright sunlight. 4. The screen is bright and clear. 5. This is a mid range phone that has enough but not all of the very expensive Flagship Samsung phones...I paid 500.00 rather than 1,000 or more so I'm happy. 6. It has 128GB Internal storage and it has a SD Card Slot that will accept up to 1 Terabyte SD Card. 7. It has a 3.5 Headphone Jack, many Flagship Phones do not have this. his phone is all screen with very little bezels, just what I wanted. 8. The phone is a bit thick so I ordered online a SLIM CASE for it so it looks great and just right. Personally I highly recommend this phone.

Didn't know was not wirless charging till I got home. Purchased a wirless charger there with it. Otherwise, great phone. Had to order cover from amazon because Best Buy didnt have instock what i needed.

So disappointed ☹️. I had this phone for 3.5 weeks and it died. It won't take a charge because an error warning of moisture in the charging port. There is no moisture. Samsung started it's moisture warnings a few years ago. It sounds like a great idea until it malfunctions. Mine malfunctioned. This left me with sending it into Samsung for repair and waiting with no phone. I purchased a Motorola Moto. Great phone. If you purchase Samsung buy the store warranty. If I could have rated the Samsung lower I would. I'm out almost $500. You can well guess other words I'm thinking but will not write. Beware!

Good middle of the range device hood for what it’s purpose is. The a53 5g is out now cheaper in price.

It is a terrific cell phone, this was the best decision i had made.
