Never could get the Virtual Voicemail to work. Slightly smaller screen so reading is hard for some apps. Liked my Galaxy 9S much better.

Transitioning from my previous phone has been easy. I still haven't mastered all the changes with the camera, but haven't spent a lot of time working with it yet. I was able to obtain it for a great price. I have no complaints about the phone.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The biggest problem here is the Android system which, when matched with the Samsung system and you have to mirror everything (like having two two passwords...etc. ), shows it to be an inferior operating system to IOS. My advice - pay the extra bucks and get an iPhone. Which is what I did. At the Apple store. Also, I will never, ever, buy anything from Best Buy again.
