The DISPLAY model is dual sim, the BEST BUY WEBSITE says 'dual sim', and the helpful sales person will ASSURE you that you will receive a dual sim model when ordered. The in-store demo phone is model number SM-A525B/DS (for DUAL SIM), but the model you will receive is the SM-A526U (single sim). A quick web search will show that the SM-A526U is a single sim phone. I've visited several stores with this issue and no one can explain why the floor model is not what is being sold, nor will they will sell you the display model. Returning it asap.

I bought this with the intention of adding another line for work and the sales rep told me this is, the best buy website says it is, but it clearly does not work even though there is a hybrid slot for sim2. Best buy will not take it back even though i feel cheated here by them and samsung. This was not my first choice for phones but went with the convenience of carrying one phone around instead of two. Guess that didnt work out...

Plus the fact that best buy wrongly advertised that it has 2 SIM card capability when it does NOT. ONLY to discover this after i paid for a sim card from AT&T and the phone is out of returnable period. That option is only with the A42

Battery doesn't last long usually drains under 8 hours. The camera app freezing frequently. It seems when I get couple of apps opened in the background the phone slows down and sometimes it doesn't respond to touch. The fingerprint it doesn't recognize my fingers after a day or 2. To me this is a $100 phone. The phone is 128gb and i have extended memory of 128gb and i don't have much saved on my both memories so the phone is junk. I used A12 before this one and no doubt other then the pics quality A12 is better then A52.

Went from an iPhone to this, and have agonized ever since. Battery life below average (and I have only had the phone for 5 months!), it blacks out the screen on its own (you have to power off and power on again), settings don't stay and you have to continue to go and change things, and it is overall a piece of junk. I have had Samsung phones before and they performed well, but this one is garbage...AND my son had gotten one before me and he can't stand it either!!! Am going back to an iPhone, and cannot believe I wasted the money on a crap phone for less than half a year...DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Phone doesn't unlock promptly most of the time. I suggest spend your money else where.

Not the Phone I expected... Disappointed

Phone constantly turns itself on, takes screenshots, types nonsensical search terms and drafts responses to messages that are several days old. No one has been able to fix it, so I am saddled with a real problem device. I have had many Samsung phones, this is the first one that is so disappointing
