    I've bought a Samsung Galaxy A53 5G phone in BestBuy store on November 15, 2023 with a great deal for a Verizon customer. The purchased phone was never delivered (as repeatedly promised), and over 3 weeks awaiting the order was cancelled. Will never buy electronics at BestBuy!

    A problem with this phone was about once a month it would stop taking calls or txt. You would need to reboot it. Quite a pain since you never knew when it decides to quit. The only way you know is if someone tells you or you try to make a call.
