Taking away one star as the activation and data transfer took a very long time and there was a problem with the sim card. A very patient sales rep finally got it to work. Was surprised these phones no longer have a headphone jack. You have to go wireless or buy an adaptor. Compared to my husband's much more expensive S23, it's a little bigger and performance seems to be comparable, so why pay another $600?

Replaced A51 4G with A54 5G. Nice size screen, great battery life, easy data transfer from prior phone and cameras are great!

I bought the Galaxy A54 5G 128GB because I wanted an alternative to the Galaxy S22 & 23 series smart phones. I was also looking for something more economical and smart. I am very pleased by the over all performance of the A54 5G 128. I definitely recommend this phone for everyone.

Bought this phone for my daughter. So glad I didnt pay more for an S model. It has excellent battery life. An excellent camera. And does everything she needs without problem.

This phone is a great value. I bought one for my wife to make her happy ,,, and bought one for myself! The screen is a good size, and I can carry it in a pocket comfortably. She loves the qulity of the photos and I can easily send text messages. It's been a wise choice for both of us!

I like the phone overall. Takes great pics! My only complaint is that the voice to text prediction is AWFUL. Worse than my older model. It is beyond frustrating.

I am so pleased with my Galaxy A54 5G purchased at Best Buy in Avon, Ohio. My previous Samsung, purchased at a Verison store was so incredibly unstable, the screen showing the applications on my phone would bounce around, and the phone was unusable when it was in that state. Now, with the Galaxy 54 5G I have a phone I can use for email, texting, etc. at any time. What's more, the service I received from Best Buy was top drawer compared to service at Verizon. If they would have stream lined and had more direction as you enter i wouldn’t have wasted so much time before realizing I had to sign in and wait after that. Next time I’ll just order and wait to pick it up from Verizon but I’m not coming in again it was a nightmare

So far so good. I'm st getting used to the new phone. I haven't really used many apps and can not judge the quality of the phone fairly. The Best Buy rep was very attentive and he got me the best deal I was looking for in my price range.

Love how fast this thing is, the auto light enhancing feature of the screen is outstanding. Typical Samsung making it user friendly especially data and picture transfers.

I'm old so at first it was a little bit beyond me. But I'm slowly getting the hang of it with my daughter's help.
