Incredibly smooth operation, quick with a high definition screen quality. Haven't tested it for playing videos yet, but camera quality is excellent, similar to a Samsung Galaxy S series.

Great phone, reasonably fast, long battery life, no HDMI out from the USB C port which is very disappointing. Best part is that it has a MicroSD card slot on the phone. Loses one star for not having the option to output video from the USB C port.

Great phone! I bought it for my mom, who needed something modern, smooth, and reliable, but not overly expensive. Getting a more powerful or high-end device wouldn’t have made sense for the way she uses it. This phone turned out to be the perfect balance—exactly what she needed. Highly recommended!

I bought this phone in April 2023, and I am writing this review after 2 years and 5 months. The phone served me well. It just started acting up; the USB-C connection keeps disconnecting. However, after more than two years, the battery is good, I still get updates, and I like it. I will now buy the A56, as I liked this series

The a54 does everything i want it to. The camera is amazing, the phone is fast and responsive. Still takes memory cards as well.

Great mid range phone from Samsung. Fantastic battery life. Great build quality; feels hefty. Excellent screen brightness and responsiveness. I would suggest it is overall better than flagship phones from about 4 years ago (Galaxy S10+) for lower price. 5 years of OS and security updates which suggests an extra year of use before the next phone upgrade.

I purchased this phone in April 2023 to upgrade from the Note 8 I had for several years. I am very pleased with the quality of pictures, video, sound, and the additional space compared to the Note 8. Taking outdoor pictures are very clear and I get many compliments. Most of the features were similar to my previous Samsung so I didn't have to navigate to much to utilize options in the settings. Very pleased with my purchase.

A not so very expensive phone that gets the job done! If you want a phone for calling, texting and some emails, this is just the phone to have. Battery life is also good.
