I bought this in Open Box - Excellent Condition. What a joke. It was thrown in an oversized bubble bag, and then into a huge box. A two-year-old could've done a better job packing it. There was nothing to stop it from slamming into the sides when flung around in transit. After being flung around and thrown about, it knocked something loose in the phone. When I was opening the phone and tapping the keys, the vibrate option was on. When it vibrated, the glass shook and felt loose. So I shook it and could hear something loose inside the phone. It didn't come with a cord or anything. They just threw it in a box and sent it out, and let their customers have to go through the process of returning or exchanging due to incompetence in packaging. I've been a customer since the 90s, desktops, laptops, phones, accessories, etc., but this is my last purchase. I should've learned after my last laptop purchase but I gave them one more chance. No better, only worse.
