I made a major switch from a flagship Samsung phone, and surprise we I don't feel a huge difference in quality. Much bigger screen very nice and clear and takes wonderful photo so far!

Its super fast, amazing battery and charging. Everybody who I show it to says this phone is really reasonably priced for the features. Though I haven't dropped it, or got it wet, I bought this phone because of its impact and water resistance. I love it, hope it lasts as long as my s5 active did.

Great phone except for 2 items. The A-71 does NOT have an actual home key, just a virtual one. Samsung decided to do away with wireless charging on this model. Both are minor annoyances, but caused a 4 star only rating. Battery life is much better than expected.

Better value than S20. Excellent speed, expandable storage space, great large HD screen.

This phone was a big step up from my previous Samsung J3 phone. My biggest kudo is for signal strength. I was often dropping the call at home before, but the dropped calls have stopped with the A71. We do not have a 5G tower nearby. My biggest complaint is that I find the double touch to wake the phone often takes several tries.

This is an amazing phone. I had my last phone for almost 5 years, it was way past time to upgrade. I refuse to pay a thousand dollars for a phone and wanted another that would last me a long time. My charging port died a few months in but a local retailer fixed it for free under the samsung warranty.

Works well, screen is a little sensitive, battery lasts long enough for what I do, kinda miss having a physical home button but then last phone I got was 5 years ago.

The battery last longer than the old one. It works very fast. We cannot figure out how we to power down. Thank you

The use of the camera and functionality is fluid and seamless, plus plenty of space and great photo quality.

Its been pretty decent so far. Nice compromise to buying the out and out flag ship phones which are way more expensive . Pretty good pics and videos. One downside is the speaker doesnt sound as loud as the S8+ I had before. It may just be user preference. Phone ticks all the box for the day to day . All the apps work like on the other phones etc.. i would recommend.

Very pleased so far. Have been spending time setting the phone up the way I want it. Moving apps and widgets to home screen and getting rid of things that are annoying, like Google assistant! Many pop-ups that are distracting,so I disabled this feature. But overall phone is great!

Sharp camera ....lots of bells and whistles. Easy to use phone

Upgraded son's phone from Galaxy VI. He loved that phone but now sees what he's been missing! Great pictures - better than my Note 10. We always choose Samsung Galaxy for their long lasting, quality and reliability.

A Real Nice Android Phone made by Samsung. Large Storage Space, plus Large Screen Size. These are the reasons for me purchasing this particular device. Very pleased with my decision.

Nice phone! Only thing is with AT&T gave out a phone number too early now dealing with all the spam crap. But the phone works great!

Great phone. Camera is perfect. For the price its the best phone I have had in awhile. Hot one for the wife too.....

Good value for the price, can't hear texts. Not loud enough. Took 3 hours for texts to come through. Good battery life. Had to wait 2 weeks for case

Quality is good. Ease of setting it up is not very intuitive. Extremely sensitive touch screen.

We've been to this Best Buy several times lately updating our phones. The AT&T staff....and Michele from Samsung, were so helpful. Michele set up my new phone a few weeks ago, then Taylor worked on my husband's new phone last night. In each case they were so patient, answered the questions we had, and made the purchase so easy for us. We are grateful to Best Buy and feel any store would be fortunate to have these employees!
