Screen too sensitive to touch Not waterproof. Would rather have separate media and volume meys.

Great phone for a great price. We got this for Grandma and she is doing great with it.

I am happy with this phone. It is easy to operate and plenty of services.

The staff in the cell phone department were attentive to our needs, answered our questions, explained the billing items and let us know how and when the cell phone would arrive at our home. They let us know if we had any questions about the phone, its activation or its features that we could call them for answers. Overall it was an excellent buying experience.

This item was purchases on sale and I was looking for an affordable phone for a parent. So far, my mom loves the big screen and it works as expected. I think I would opt for the same cheaper version of the Samsung phone next time since they all tend to last about a year or so.

Still learning about my phone, but it's working well. The staff at Best Buy was very helpful the night I went over to have it set up. I was very happy with the two ladies who came to my aide.

So far so good except it want send no pictures or you can't use the microphone with out the data or wifi on.

While he tried to get it set up on my recently purchased phone he was unable to do so & said I would need to contact AT&T. Very disappointing and frustrating. It would seem if you are selling the phone you would be able to set it up!

I didn't get the A71 because of a very annoying download failure on the Beat Buy system.

I wanted to like this phone so bad, but it just has a fatal design flaw: the fingerprint scanner is in the middle of the screen, so any screen protectors or cases that include them make the fingerprint scanner completely unusable. And you *really* need a protector for this screen; just in the couple days it took me to get my case from Amazon, even with no drops or falls and with just normal use, the screen is scuffed up. I'm heartbroken over this, because the camera is so much nicer than my old phone, which is why I got this one. But I need to be able to use the fingerprint scanner, so I guess I have to return it.
