The phone is great, big screen size and processing speed is fast. No complaints.

I want to like this phone but it seems sluggish and bogged down by things that have been added on by verizon and Samsung. I miss the LED notification I had on my S8+. There are not very many choices for cases for this verizon version. I am not sure why. I do like the price. It charges super fast but also uses battery faster than my last phone.

This is an excellent phone. I'm surprised Verizon and Samsung don't do much more promotion of it. I have one of these personally and a S20 5G FE for work and this would far exceeds the performance of the S20 5G FE. I'm docking a star because the store was not at all helpful. After waiting for 30 minutes, they could not find it in inventory and actually were trying to talk me out of buying the device outright even though they had a promotion tied to it. Won't be going back to that location. Ended up having to buy it online and pick it up at a location across town.

Huge upgrade from my Galaxy S7. Great battery life, quick CPU, great screen. Overall lovely phone.

It was hard to set up but I got help from Verizon. Had one day of not getting out of a locked program. Verizon said it could have been that both buttons were pushed on at same time in my purse and it went into "safe mode", I find side buttons hard to find. Would be better on top so you don't accidentally press the button when you grab the phone . I am very pleased with battery.

I love this device. The size is awesome! It is easy to learn and I never tire of exploring all that it can do. I have always been a Blackberry person so transitioning to a Galaxy was a challenge for me. Needless to say, I am loving the experience! Thank you Best Buy for showing me there is life after BlackBerry dominance!

Nice phone. Larger screen size is gives more video real estate - but makes the phone harder to put into a pocket. My only complaint so far is that when I picked up the phone (curbside) it was supposed to be "good to go." I hit a glitch trying to set the phone up on line and Best Buy support took too long to get help to me. Ended up going to Verizon Store to get phone operating.

Great phone. I replaced my galaxy S8+ and I am enjoying this phone. While it isn't the flagship offering, it has many enhancements and is budget friendly. I don't even miss the wireless charging!!! Definitely recommend this phone if you are in the market.

I am happy with the phone. It's not the flagship model but its not the lowest cost option either. I'm comming off of a 4 year old phone so it at least "feels" very fast to me and has excellent battery life. Overall I would purchase again.

Grabbing this for $15/month ($375) was a steal. All the features you want in a higher end phone for budget pricing. Can't get better than that. 765G processor is as smooth in operation as 845 was on my Note 9.

Long lasting battery and decent display, picture quality. Setup covered about 80% but not 100. The UW ( Verizon) version is slightly different in design making it difficult to find protective cover.

Great phone at a Great Price. I did something dumb to damage my old Samsung 8+ and had to replace it. It was recommended by the expert and it was on sale, even better.
