very nice phone for the price.frustrating to get it activated.has a sim card in it and also had one outside the box. no instructions as to which one you should use,or even a mention of it. I am blaming Verizon for this.

Bought this phone for my reluctant husband who hates new phones. This one has been great!! And the price at Best Buy was much better than Verizon, and the young man who helped us was quick and informational.

This is an excellent midrange phone. It may have some caveats but it is not an issue to me because it performs well and serves its purpose! Performance + Price = Complete Satisfaction

Strange that I can take it out of my pocket and somehow the browser opens up to something strange like some cooking site even though I didn't use that site before, search for it, or whatever. Doesn't happen all that often, but still strange. Sometimes the biometric security works, sometimes it doesn't. Anyway, I bought this phone as an alternative to the Pixel that I had. Loved that phone, but no expandable storage like this phone. If you don't mind the Samsung apps bolted into the phone, I think you'll like it.

Great phone. Used it for almost 2 years before upgrading to a s22 ultra. Took good pictures and like that it had sd slot.

Great phone for the money. Upgraded from the S8+ due to a broken screen and very happy with the A71. Amazing battery life.

Great little phone, does all we want it too only problem is finding a case to fit it with a belt clip, however I did find one to fit just took a little hunting.

Bought this for my 12 year old. Surprisingly this phone runs pretty good! I wasnt expecting much from it, but for it being a lower end samsung...it really shocked me. Battery life is awesome.

Bought this as a gift for my child. Many features, too many to list. More than he will ever need or use. Very easy to setup and use. Do yourself a favor a view all features it come with.

This is the flagship of Samsung but overall this phone will hold its own with any phone out there and you wont be sorry buying this phone

Excellent Android phone with great camera. Value is great as you get most features of a flagship phone without taking out a mortgage.

Took awhile to get used to like it wish I could use wireless charging. Good value for the phone for me (senior Citizen no computer savvy)

This is my fist Samsung A-series phone. I used a S-series years ago, but mainly stuck to Motorola. I decided to try a mid-level phone with good specs and it's great. Multitasking apps and programs are seamless, no lag whatsoever. What I like most is the external sd card slot. The S-series at $1k got rid of external memory. I got this on sale at Best Buy, so even better deal without having to trade in anything or forced to do VZN credits. Just straight out discount.

I love the features of my new Galaxy A71 5G UW 128GB phone. So far, my battery life is very welcome for a change.

Would give it a 5 star rating if I could figure out how to be able to answer calls from the Home Screen. Battery lasts 3 days
