Does exactly what I need it to do for work!! I have a particular website I need to access amd since I love Samsung products, I decided to go with this product. Small, does what I need and would change anything!!

I was close to returning because of the camera feature. I'm making it for for what I need.

Bought this tablet for work. Has Windows 10 operating system if that is what your looking for. Nice and easy to use

This tablet is everything I had hoped it would be.

M3 is a very slow processor. Size of screen is very good.

I have 2 laptops running Windows 10. I wanted a small notebook with a 10 inch screen. More convenient to carry. I Looked at the surface but the smallest option is 12.3". No one had the galaxy in stock to look at so I took a chance and ordered it through best buy. I am so glad I did. It works great for me. I like it ALOT better than the surface. I use it mainly for Word documents, writing papers etc. and a little web surfing/research. 1st time I have ordered from best buy online and had it shipped to my home, this also was a good experience. Arrived at my door in two days. Setup was easy. I find myself using this more than my laptops. Battery life is good. Bought a bluetooth mouse so there ie no dongle to deal with and it works great as well (don't like track pads for regular use, but it does have right and left clickers built in corners). I have loaded MS Office, another software package I use, many many word documents and still have plenty of room with the 128 GB of ram I haven't had to add a microSD yet but it's nice to know I can. Only thing I can think off that would make it nicer would be a back lit keyboard, not worth going to the bigger screen to get it though. All in all, very happy with my purchase.

I love the portable size, great screen and Intel Core m3 processor. I wanted to get a smaller Windows tablet but honestly the pickings are very limited unless one is willing to get an Intel Atom x processor, with its severe limitations. For me, this was about the only choice if I wanted a useful, mid-sized tablet with pen support that stayed within the Windows ecosystem. I have had the tablet for almost a month and have used it extensively for taking handwritten notes, reading, and some media consumption. Last night I used it to watch a movie, hooking it up to a Micrososft HD 500 dock via the USB C port. I like the pen experience, having experience with multiple Surface devices and pens as well as a Lenovo Miix and active pen. 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage are really great for the price I paid at BestBuy. Why I don't give it 5 stars: I am not a Samsung Galaxy user so the Galaxy apps mostly just get in the way, although I haven't bother to expunge just yet. I wish the S pen had more heft like the Surface pen. The keyboard doesn't always show on the lock screen to put my PIN in, so I added a picture password for better or worse. I wish the keyboard was backlit. I got this for personal use for taking notes, reading and communicating. I love the portability, especially when I also am packing my work-issued Surface Pro 3. Overall it was a good purchase that I am glad I made. I hope that Samsung continues to innovate in the Windows space and with the Galaxybook line, including the 10" form factor.

This is overall a nice device. It doesn't feel as "premium" as the 12" version but it is small, light, and well-constructed. The display is a very good IPS panel. However, my unit had a serious problem. Whenever I would unplug the computer from the wall, wi-fi would suddenly drop to an extremely low speed. I conducted multiple tests on my home wi-fi, and found when plugged in I could easily reach ~75 mbps, but when unplugged I was only around 300 kbps. I tried updating drivers and playing with the power settings, but could not fix this problem, so I had to return it.
