I don't care for the flat keyboard and the right hand shift key is just too hard to get used to as I always miss it. What I dislike the most is the Windows 11 and Cloud-base system. This software (not Best Buy's fault) absolutely stinks.

Decent Laptop with a few shortcomings

Budget friendly. 3. Runs quickly for email, streaming videos, and web browsing. The biggest complaints I have with this otherwise awesome laptop are: 1. The speaker is low-my cellphone speaker is louder than this laptop. 2. The numeric keypad has an odd layout compared to all of my other keyboards. 3. No backlit keyboard- this should be standard, not premium. I really wanted to like this laptop for the price and 15.6 screen size, but I may end up returning it. Hope this helps potential buyers.

My only complaint is the picture quality isn't the BEST. It's not as bright and crisp as I would have hoped, but it works for what I need it for. Also wishing it had a LITTLE bit better of a graphics card, but again, it works well enough for what I need it for. Which is light gaming and working online for a customer service center.

Loved it

I blame myself for that! It was perfect! It was fast, and beautiful. My only complaints is the keyboard is too sensitive, and the touch screen as well!

Works like a charm!

Touch screen with a nice wide screen. Not a fan of the charging cord though - seems to hang loosely. Otherwise, she loves it.
