This was a very quick purchase to satisfy an immediate need. Therefore, I really did not do my diligent shopping. It seems like a nice machine. The display is not as vivid as I thought it would be. Perhaps it’s a setting issue for an almost illiterate tech person?

There were a lot of good reviews and it was on sale at the time of purchase so I thought I was getting a decent laptop. Maybe I just got one from a bad batch. I have a work laptop so I needed something for basic personal use. After using it lightly for a few months, this is probably the most disappointing computer I have ever used. -Computer would freeze and shut down and restart. Other times I would try to open programs (like settings) and nothing would happen. I would have to restart the computer for the programs to work. Other minor grievances like icons changing by themselves and would not revert to the default setting unless you restart. -The display is abysmal. Others stated that it is matte which I am fine with but with the brightness setting, there is a glare and I either have to tilt the screen down or toward me to get it right. It's like looking at an agamograph in terms of the brightness glare. -The touchpad is horribly inaccurate because it has a slight lag (Yes I already tried changing the settings). I don't bother with it and use a usb mouse. -Battery life is quite poor for a new computer. Has the battery performance of a computer that has been used for a few years. I have to take the charger with me even if I'm just going to another room. Pros: -It looks nice. Fit/finish/feel is excellent -Touchscreen is nice Cons: -OS issues -Touchpad is inaccurate -Battery life is poor

Everything is working well except the top row volume keys are not controlling the volume at all. I go into menu to turn the volume up or down.

I am happy with the looks and the touch screen. What I don't like about the laptop is the time the laptop holds a charge. Also, Microsoft Edge keeps crashing.

I am having a little trouble getting used to it. The power button does not show up automatically and it is hard to get information on it. My previous computer had tutorials that were very helpful.

This is the 2nd Samsung laptop we have purchasedand they both have been absolutely bulletproof for issues. Very eaay to set up. We bought this one for my wife and shes reaĺly likes it a lot.

There is nothing special about this Samsung laptop. It works fine and I have no complaints. Well I do have one: my Dell had a lighted keyboard, and I miss that.

Great for the price. As advertised everything was perfect. The only thing to note is if you're into photographs, films, games probably not the best screen.

excellent value (was open box ) . Geek squad teck came to house and transferred files from old laptop and set up new one . Have been using for about a month and no issues .

Great lap by resolution, performance. My only dislike is that the battery is just for 8 hours.

This is a Great computer for me because it's compatible to all of my Samsung devices. It easy for me to connect my ear pods for listening or casting to other devices.

It seems over spec'd for daily usage and it works very good for photo editing even video editing. The display is mid-ranged though. I am very satisfied with this Galaxy book.

I have only had this Galaxy Book for one day. So far it is very very slow, which I find frustrating and even disappointing for this Brand. I like the touch screen, and all the new features. I have not had a chance to install the security software. I am considering returning this one.

Great price for what you get with this laptop. It even came with a free webroot download. Screen display is crystal clear too.

Speed was very good, but the video quality/resolution horrible! Playing video was like watching with bad WiFi.

I have not used this much yet, but I do use it strictly for a small business. I was told this one should last more than a few years.

Love my new Samsung Galaxy Book. Other than not having a cd reader/player, it meets all my needs perfectly.

The display quality is very bad. Power-hungry laptop. The battery does not last very long.

Good laptop for personal and business. Screen display lacks some quality but use a monitor when home so works fine.
