What a coincidence my laptop wont charge 1 week after the 1 year warranty expires. Never purchasing Samsung again.

Returned original laptop because the touch screen didn't work. This second one keeps heating up when not in used or turns on by itself during the night and stays on. It also has the ability to erase my cookies online so I'm constantly having to verify it's me and getting emails asking if I logged in from a new computer. I was a loyal Dell customer prior to this laptop. I regret buying this brand instead of Dell.

Okay laptop. Very entry level, however Samsung could’ve done with a better screen. For the same price you can get other entry level laptops with better screens.

All good except battery seems to discharge more rapidly than other laptops I've owned and the camera's sharpness is disappointing.

This laptop is horrible. The battery is the worst. Now it's frozen and can't do anything. A few weeks late in returning. Lesson learned.

Used it twice now I can not get the screen to turn on I can hear it running just can’t see anything

It lasted for 14 days then died. No display so I return it to you.

Screen display not very good. Charger cord too short.

This computer stopped accepting a charge after 5 months!!

Ad said Touch Screen, Purchase order confirmation said Touch Screen, box said Touch Screen, Costumer Service confirmed this information; The Computer I received Does Not have a Touch Screen; Took it back to the Geek Squad and after much conversation and diagnostics they confirmed that my computer Does Not have Touch Screen capability. Manager said there is nothing on their internal communication about an issue with this model so must be a 1-off manufacturing error. I Strongly Recommend that you have them prove that there is a Touch Screen before you leave the store because if there is 1 manufacturing error of this magnitude there could be more of them out there.

I checked my filters for windows 10 and thought this was a windows 10 laptop. I and my family personally don't like windows 11. I could have sworn the laptop said it had windows 10 when I purchased. Now I check back and it's windows 11. Everything else seems fine I just hate the operating system and bestbuys online shopping.

I bought this laptop on 11/30/2021 and I rarely use it, maybe once a week or less. The first thing I hate about it is that there is no power button, it is continuously "on". You can black out the screen, but not actually turn it off. The best I can do to secure it is keep it in airplane mode. The computer bricked on 1/18/2022, two days after it was returnable. Today was my first day off to deal with it. Don't buy this laptop.

Bought it for my brother and not satisfied. The camera quality (webcam) is really not good at all and the sound is very low even when turned on to max. Wouldn't recommend.

Worst computer ive ever purchased. And was told it was exactly what i needed by a young lieing associate. It has gamegraphics and they cannot be removed and does me no good and take up space.

Quality of video was my biggest disappointment.....

I tried to like it but couldn't get over how large the screen was. Returned it this morning.

Three windows open and screen freezing, also terrible charging system, already going bad.

By far the worst computer and they will not allow me to return it waste of money
