I love a good touchscreen laptop. They have me spoiled!! HP is a good choice!

This laptop works great. The touchscreen and the touchpad are fast and responsive. Bought this to replace my HP laptop cause the screen broke and the difference is night and day.

This was exactly the computer we needed at the time. We needed a keyboard with the numbers on the side so this worked out well. It's lightweight and we have been impressed with its speed so far.

Urgent purchased to replace 5 yr old lap top on it's last legs. Sales person was of great assistance in making a selection and product was on a good sale. Didn't think I cared about having a touch screen but it's been a really useful feature.

i’ve had it for almost 2 years and so far i still love it! I use it to play Sims 4 and i actually have lots of storage and it still runs smooth!

My previous computer was seven years old. Getting to know the operations of this new computer is refreshing and wonderful. Didn't know what I was missing! The Geek Squad transferred everything from old to new and set it up. Thank you!

Great computer. Fast, reliable, and slim. Bought it for the 10-key, concur with other reviews that the layout is weird but it’s quick to get used to.

So far this laptop has been nothing short of amazing! The last 2 laptops my family has had have been from a different brand and a non Best Buy location. The last one had issues within the first week. This Samsung laptop has exceeded my expectations in laptops in general for the first month we have had it. Battery life is great, power, speed, and the ability to actually do the things my family needs to do on this thing have been excellent. No complaints for the first month of use.

Samsung! What Else can I say, I dumped my $1500 HP ENVY and bought another Samsung, I got it for a third of the price, it does everything the over priced HP does, and a lot easier to use, I love it!!!!!

This computer works great for everything I bought it for. Some people might need something with more memory or a faster CPU but for most applications this works great. The limiting factor that slows this computer down is me, the user.

This Samsung Galaxy Book is a solid laptop computer. As an "open box" purchase, I wasn't surprised that, despite its immaculate physical condition, it carried a glitch by which it is prone to turning itself off the first couple of times it's booted up until it "warms up." Then it works fine. That's not a deal-breaker for me because it boots up promptly, unlike some past laptops I've used. It would have been helpful if Best Buy had familiarized itself with this flaw and communicated it before re-selling the item. If it weren't for that I would have awarded five stars.

I love this Galaxy book! It integrates seamlessly with my Galaxy smartphone and tablet. Everything works as one. Plus it is a touchscreen. Highly recommend!
