Lap top is great. Easy to use display is clear everyone loves it

I do not have any complaints. It is lightweight, very quiet, and runs cool. Applications are fast and responsive, and the machine starts and shuts-down quickly. Battery life has not been an issue since I keep it plugged in all of the time.

I have enjoyed using this laptop. It's fairly light and easy to use. I would like more battery, but who wouldn't. Doesn't get super hot like others I've had. The beat was when I connected my S-8 tablet and my S-23 phone and so how well they work together. The interconnectedness is awesome!

The best cost-effective Windows computer we bought at home. Until my children grew up, and demanded more image processing, it was the main computer at home.

Fast, and the touchscreen is the greatest thing ever!

I love this computer and I would not change, I had a computer before where the battery just didn’t want to work and it was brand new, but this computer it is a life savior where helped me when I need it for my exam, it is worth it even if it is big.

Ive had this laptop for about 4 years now and i use it for more relaxed games like The Sims and Stardew valley. A great product for work or games that don't need a big processor.

The computer is working quite well. However, the buying process was not good. The floor model had it as an open box but there were none of that category leading to an actual price $200 more. Setting it up took a long time and getting information on it being completed was difficult.

Wanted another computer for simple tasks like email and surfing the internet. This computer was a great price and operates well. Boot time is quick and it lacks bloatware. Keyboard has a great feel and is spaced out well. The mousepad is also very reactive. All in all a great buy!!!

I just wanted to say my laptop just went blank & I really liked this Samsung laptop I couldn’t afford to buy insurance now it’s now working and I have to keep window shopping to see what type of prices are affordable

The laptop is perfect. It costs all money. The CPU is very performance, battery life is about 7-8 hours. SSD is enough for my tasks. I recommend it. P.S. I have played DEAD SPACE 3 not super but for an office laptop is fantastic.

if you are using this for work (emails, spreadsheets, MS Office, etc) and nothing very taxing, its fine. The battery is only about 2 hours. No ethernet connect. Standard laptop.

Overall very happy with this purchase, however the the keyboard needs some getting used to and the finger pad as others have stated is temperamental. Overall, unlike using a Mac where the entire finger pad works in unison, this one only works with scrolling on the bottom left hand corner. Touch the fingerpad anywhere else and it does wierd things like bring up the previous page. It is some getting used to. Plan to get a mouse so I don't have to use it. Another issue is the loud cooling fan when it kicks in, else it is a good quality product. The plus is the screen is able to fold all the way flat and also it is touchscreen which avoids having the use the finger pad at times.

This was literally like brand new. I haven’t had any problems. I have had it almost a year now nothing wrong with it, and it doesn’t malfunction.

I've only had this laptop for a month, but very happy with its performance so far. I don't use it everyday, but when I need it, it is on point. I also enjoy the touch screen and superfast charging cord.

Pretty decent for the price. Bought for my elderly parents and it serves a purpose. Not that great of a touchscreen and the sound is horrible. You will definitely need to use a speaker.

I love the Galaxy book. Its easy, so up to date, and very sleek. Great for college kids!
