Superbly easy to use. Suits my needs. Excellent sizing on the keyboard, and the keys have a subtle but sufficient haptic response. Screen size is excellent for my purposes.

This labtop is perfect, it can game, it's very fast, and it's very suitable and comfortable to go to college with.

Charger block went out in 6 months… Problematic in replacing it… Policy apparent states they needed the entire device…. You would have to remove private data and back up any other data… If there was a system problem I would not have a problem with doing such but when the device is function fine and I only needed a new block that was not sufficient… I just purchased a new Samsung charging block myself… However, Policy is Policy but some things should be considered case by case…

I Love the samsung Galaxy book. The screen is perfect for everything i need and I love the weight and keyboard is dope.

It’s a pretty great laptop. It gets everything done that I need it to do and does more too. The touch screen ability is extra that I’m never too big on for laptops, but that’s ok. The sound on the laptop isn’t too loud though, so sometimes I have to play at max volume just to hear what is being said or going on, and the keys feel a bit mushy. Though compared to the experience I just had with my previous laptop, I’ll take quieter sound and mushy keys any day

Computer was easy to set up and meets my needs for office work and (relatively modest) gaming. Screen is sharp and clear.

Love this computer but battery seems to drain faster than I thought it should. Perfect for what I do, didn't need a bigger one. I store stuff on an external drive.

Great laptop and I like hoe lightweight it is but it is sturdy. Good battery life as well. Very happy with the purchase.
