It has survived so many files being added for school work as well as multiple games being installed. I've played the sims on this thing for about a year until I upgraded to a pc and the game always ran smoothly other than the fan getting a little loud.

I recently purchased a Samsung laptop from Best Buy, and I’m very impressed. The performance is fast, handling multitasking with ease, and the display is sharp and vibrant. It’s lightweight and portable, perfect for work and travel. Best Buy’s customer service and delivery were excellent. Highly recommend!

Only had about a month, but so far so good. I really like the battery life. Mind you I am not constantly on it. Touch is great, but I do miss the lighted keys my previous Laptop had. (another brand) Been happy with all my Samsung products. Not yet used to the matte display, some of the fonts are light in shading and hard to read for my old eyes. Looked for an adjustment and didn't find it.

My wife was looking for a functional, reasonably priced laptop for use as a pastor who commutes between two churches. This purchase did NOT disappoint. It is easy to use, fast, plenary of RAM and the battery lasts all day without having to recharge. The touch screen is particularly useful and something I wish Mac would finally get behind. In all, this was an excellent purchase!

Fast, light and portable. Great computer for the price

The laptop is light weight and thin. I needed one with usb ports as I have many attachments that use usb and did not want to have to purchase a number of adapters to the "c" ports. The computer is fast and responsive. So far, I have had no problems with it and like it better than the laptop it replaced, I would recommend this to anyone.

A very lightweight, compact and efficient laptop. my second Galaxy Book and I am very impressed; fast and quick to boot; great on power management; would recommend Samsung to everyone looking for a very capable laptop

This laptop has worked out great for my needs. It had been years since I had a laptop and I needed something mobile again for my new side business and also my new career to be able to work remotely when needed. I have had zero issues with the performance of the laptop. The battery life is good. I mainly use it for doing cloud based work or designing stuff in a design software but I have occasionally watched some movies through streaming sites and had zero issues. I have recommended this laptop to several people when they were on the market for a new one.

what a difference in having a PC with 16MB of Memory! Superfast to load on startup, opening programs. Touch screen makes navigation a breeze. perfect family computer for homework, videos and basic web browsing!

If you love Samsung products, this goes right along with their quality. I did end up returning this, but only because of the screen quality. It was not as crisp/clear and didn’t get as bright as my LG (OLED) laptop. If the screen was brighter it would’ve been the perfect laptop. Lightweight, excellent keyboard, touch screen, silver color that didn’t show smudges/fingerprints, long battery life, very fast even with several programs running simultaneously, numeric keypad. Open box was an excellent deal.

I really like the laptop. Battery last longer than expected based on some of the reviews. no issues as of now. decent price and would recommend.

Great laptop, exactly what I would expect from Samsung. Plenty of processing power and ram for demanding programs like 3d autocad. The case is aluminum so you know the laptop is sturdy and will hold up over time. With two usb ports and three usb c ports there are plenty of places for peripheral hardware. It has a hdmi port to hook up a external display. The battery life is good, no problems going four hours straight without plugging it in. This laptop is a good performing, sleek and rugged computer.

It’s fast speed alot if built in function that make life easier. So far battery is great.

I love almost everything about this laptop. its lightning fast, it loaded with great features, and packed with the latest tech. I just wish the screen was better, I do really appreciate the antireflective screen, there is no reflection, and that's awesome, but the colors are just not quite rich and colorful as I would like, the black are more of a really dark grey, so i just wish the screen was a bit better, it certainly usable, but it could be better for this price. The other issue is no backlit keyboard, I have no idea why they could not have added this feature, and yet it's not available, not a huge deal, but it just makes me scratch my head a bit. This is a beast of a laptop, built very well, looks amazing, super light, fantastic battery life, everything about this laptop is awesome, except those two things mentioned above. I highly recommend if you're looking for a beast of laptop, packed with amazing features, awesome battery, but without the prettiest display and no backlit keys.

I purchased this laptop last minute because I had dropped my last one and shattered the screen. Needless to say that this was probably the best thing that could have happened. This laptop is amazing and much faster then the last one that I had. The interface is very smooth and it is much lighter as well. A must buy!

Excellent computer for everything that i use it for. I predominantly use it for emails, paperwork, and streaming. My gf's daughter uses it to play SIMs. Neither of us have an any issues at all. Im very happy with this product!
