Excellent laptop for the money. Plenty of storage and decent battery life.

Two years after buying, this laptop still meets my needs for work and gaming. Happy I bought it.

Great computer especially for the price. If you are looking for a good bang for your buck then this is it.

The Samsung laptop itself is a Great machine. The screen, keyboard and overall design are very nice. I like the key/number pad on the right of the keyboard and, considering the size of the screen, the entire unit is extremely light. I do not care for a lot of the software changes that Microsoft has made, but that has nothing to do with my laptop design. Do yourself a favor, Do NOT sign up for their 2 year service, all inclusive warranty, repair, maintain your products agreement. Although it may save money to some degree, over all, there is no special treatment, no faster responses or assistance, in fact, the CS seems to be either exactly the same or somewhat More attentive to their regular customers, as opposed to those of us who paid the $200 for the 'service'.

Love this laptop it has everything I need. Super user friendly and very light weight. The touch screen feature is my favorite.

I like the touch screen feature. Kind of have to have screen positioned just right for clearest picture. Overall great setup and easy to use.

Use it for work only and has been a great addition, easy to carry and doesn't weight much.

This has been a reliable secondary computer (behind my main tower). With its SSD and newer processor, my only issue is not being able to find a keyboard skin that stays on when I tilt it on a laptop stand. (Didn't such skins used to have a light adhesive like a Post-It™️ so it would stay in place, but still be removable for cleaning?) Anyway, that doesn't affect how useful this baby is. The graphics processor is adequate to most apps, and light gaming.

Great laptop for a great price! I found this beauty in an open box offer and it runs flawlessly. It had a scratch on the outside case that i threw a sticker on to hide it. It came with a manufactures warranty and I opted to add Geek Squad protection for two years. Without a doubt a great find and I'll be looking more closely at open box sales.

This is an excellent laptop work fantastic and with this processor the speed is really good.

I'm very happy with my purchase. I didn't think I would use the touch screen, but it's more useful than I realized. I like the non-glare screen and the 10 key function. It's fast, quiet and holds a pretty good charge. I would definitely recommend this laptop.
