I'm very pleased with this computer so far. It is much faster than my old Dell laptop and the price was right. Coincidentally, I have a Samsung Galaxy smartphone so I know this company makes quality products. The 15.6" screen is perfect for my needs.

Very compact, fast and works well. Great battery life and wifi speeds. Came with Windows 11 which was great! Price was very good for the features it came with including the 16GB of memory and the faster chip. Very pleased.

For being as expensive as this is, the computer was not worth it. It was slow, didn't have backlit keys, and somehow the keyboard felt off - anytime I tried to type I found that at natural resting position my hands didn't line up with the keyboard appropriately.

Excellent laptop for the money! Love the touchscreen display! Lightweight and easy to handle. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a great computer!

Overall runs well, fairly decent battery life! Rarely glitches and good speed

A great upgrade. Touch screen needs to get used to as well as the touch pad. Big fingers and light touch sometimes causes strange things to happen that I have to go back and undue. But that is just me and a learning curve.

Died after two years. I expected better from this brand. Until then it worked well but now it's out of warranty

Its been good to me so far. Very responsive, never lags. Speakers could be a little louder but definitely not a deal breaker. Has handled every task ive thrown at it so far from running my DJ software, streaming, etc.

My college student needed to change from the mac to a windows computer. This was a great option and offered all the bells and whistles on the wish list. Installation of MS office was simple! The touch screen is an additional feature that we wanted for the laptop. We reviewed Lenovo, Dell, and HP but this Samsung proved to be the one that met the needs and wants of our college freshman.

So far I’m very happy with this purchase. The computer is sleek and light weight, the speed is great, the battery lasts a long time. I have no complaints

i AM MOSTLY SATISFIED WITH THE GALAXY BOOK. I PURCHASED IT AS AN OPEN BOX PURCHASE. THE ORIGINAL OWNER OR OPERATOR WAS STILL ON IT AS AN ADMINISTRATOR, SO I HAD TO DELETE HIM AND THE DATA FILES.

Great product the computer runs fast and the keys are smooth to the touch

This is a good laptop very fast. But it suffers from little things like no lighted keyboard. the display has to be at the right angle to look good.

Need a reliable laptop to use while working from home. This was an excellent choice. Would recommend this product.
