When the computer arrived out of the box it worked great, but it required a couple of updates and they started automatically. I started to notice the first day that when the computer goes into sleep mode after a few minutes the fans turn on really loud and run forever. The device can not be woken with the mouse or keys on the keyboard the screen is just black. The only way to kill the loud fans is to hard restart the computer to which it works great until the computer goes into sleep mode again. I have researched quite a bit and also called Samsung, Microsoft and Best buy technical support. Most of which saying to return it for a new one. I don't want to return it so easily because i need the computer for school and there are none online. During my research I have noticed that there are others who have also encountered this issue. My second issue with this is i purchased it open box said to be in certified excellent condition with all stock accessories. When i open the box their were adapters missing. When we contacted Best Buy about it they said its Open Box and there wasn't much they could do about it. Overall I love this computer. The 2 in 1 function, The beautiful QLED screen, the ability to stream my games through the Xbox app and not have delay that effects my overall performance, and how little space is taken up in my bag. But the bad bug, poor technical and customer support are the reason I rate this device from this retailer so low. I would recommend this product if the bug could be fixed.

Love the flexibility and battery life of this laptop. It works great for how I use it and I would definitely buy it again. Its thin enough and easy to carry and use. I love this laptop

I love Samsung laptops. I hung on to my last one for almost 4 years. I didn't want to replace it. BUT - this new laptop is superfast, it reboots or opens up in seconds (not 10+ minutes lol) and it is great. I do regret buying the larger one (15.6 inch screen size). It feels a little bit too big. If I had to do over, I would go for the smaller 13" size with smaller keyboard. That would have been better for me.

Good size, easy setup, perfect for working on the go. Has all the features I was looking for with good screen quality.

This was a large purchase but necessary for my college work, and for the samsumg compatibility. I was blow away by the extent of the compatibility between my phone and the laptop. Wireless charging, I am able to use my phone through the laptop as well as receive notifications. Sometime the right speakers does not work and I had just experienced a screen glitch clicker. As the best buy rep was unsuccessful w helping me secure a warranty this is something I will have to preserve through but would absolutely recommend at the time of checkout as this is not a cheap computer and as much as I trust Samsung, electronics are bound to fail.

It's a great machine and looks amazing. Had for a little while now. I can say you get use to everything fast. I dont get why people make a big deal over the location of fingerprint sensor. It's fine. My only downside, something I need to get info or looked at for, is that all the sudden when closing the screen I notice it it's completely even all around the sides. It was before but now the right front side has a super small alignment issue. It should be smooth sliding your finger on edge but it's not. Better not be anything major

Really like the layout of this laptop. The size and speed meet my needs great. Only wish it had a USB port and a SD slot.

I elected to buy this computer for the tablet mode and stylus. It has great battery life. It does have a full-size keyboard that seems acceptable. Three things that I don't like; 1) it only has thunderbolt ports (you need adaptors to use flash drives), 2) when typing, your palms resting on the touchpad seem to wildly move your curser, and 3) it does not include a SD card reader. There are docking ports for these deficiencies but this keeps the machine from achieving a good/excellent rating.

This laptop is worth every dime , it’s light weight and very easy to carry around. I am so happy I made this purchase.

Great laptop. Enjoy the 4k display, wish sound was louder. Own everything samsung and use this all the time.

Great laptop loaded with the features we wanted. Wish it did have a usb port and a card slot but we knew it didn't when we purchased it. Fan is a little noisy when running.

Price is a little high, but totally worth it once you use it.
