laptop is super quite keyboard feels amazing and the layout of it with the number keys and mouse is perfect i like it comes with the s pen very useful screen looks amazing touch controls very responsive happy with product overall speakers isn't loud at all i would've thought with akg it was going to sound amazing you would want to have Bluetooth speakers on deck for sure

I absolutely love this computer. Unfortunately, I had it for a week and it accidently fell out of my backpack, cracking the screen...its currently in repair. I highly recommend getting Geek Squad protection. I purchased the 3 year plan, and that still cost me less than replacing the screen. The screen is amazing. Its perfect for work or school, the SPen is on point. The fingerprint scanner is awesome...everything about this is amaze. I am still waiting on it to return from repair, can't wait to get it back.

This is a solid work computer. There does seem to be an issue with it getting overworked and crashing from time to time. The monitor goes dark or the laptop shuts off. Hopefully it stops. If not I will be seeing the geek squad about the issue soon. I use an adaptor for multi display and it might be overworking the graphics card. Overall solid. I might get a gaming computer next to handle more monitors and additional graphics requirement for programs I use.

Better screen almost like watching TV oled. Fast and thin. Not very loud that is all .

This is a great first laptop! Especially for college! It runs smoothly, has a big screen, has Microsoft Office applications installed already, and many other pros! The only negatives are it only has USB-C ports which can be annoying when you constantly have to use an adapter, and the laptop does seem to get hot quickly. Overall, it's great!

I love it so far its light and easy to handle. Still getting familiar with the programs and how they work. The picture is awesome.

I purchased this laptop this month. So far it works very well. I wish it had more RAM; but it is usually enough for what I do.

I have been a Dell guy for so long (but have also had Samsung phones) and this is such an incredible upgrade from the Dell mediocrity I have been suffering with for so long. It is fast, beautiful resolution, track pad is exceptional, so many cool samsung features with the stylus like drawing, notes, screen shots. Also, audio is pretty good. And love the wireless charging of my Samsung ear pods and phone. It feels like a Mac in terms of its high quality, smooth operations. But $1k cheaper!

My first time purchasing a Samsung laptop and very pleased with the quality, speed and functionality. It's lightweight, which was my main purchase value, clarity of screen and overall size is perfect. I highly recommend this laptop.

Originally, I purchased the 13.3" version of it and that was too small for what I wanted as a laptop. I decided to simply go with the bigger version and so far, I love it. I have yet to encounter any of the aforementioned problems from previous consumers. Thinking my purchase was a good one.

The quality of the screen is perfect, but I don’t suggesting it to people looking for a gaming lab top it is so light and look wonderful.

I will list the good stuff first. The QLED screen is excellent. The back lit keyboard responds very well. The metal case has a feel of quality. The memory and SSD storage is plenty for most people. Now the stuff I wish was included. A 14 inch screen would make it more of a back pack able unit. I wish that Windows 10 pro was an option. For the price 16 GB of ram could easily have been done. For home use this is the one. When I travel, I pull out the one I tried to replace. The 13.3 version was to small.
