This machine is great. It's powerful and fast which allows me to get large amounts of work done. It's lightweight and stylish, which makes it easy to use on the go. I like having a 10key again and the S pen/ tablet capabilities have created many more ways to be creative. so far so good!

I don't how to explain the way I feel about this computer. I receive a lot of complement. It has good amount of specs for all your needs. again this is QLED NOT AMOLED... do your research.

I am a translator and I do lot of typing works. Although my previous laptop is still in very good condition, I bought this because I wanted to have a better computer to face present day tasks. I have used 2 Samsung laptops previously. The last one was a Samsung Notebook 9 Pro, which was a very good computer. This laptop has a good and clear display. Although Samsung claims its battery can be used up to 20 hours, but I could not use it for more than 6 hours. I was using normally typing my works. I had to charge this laptop twice today. After the update of Pen software, I often got a message asking to check the Pens battery. I hope Samsung will repair the issue soon. The touchpad is very weird. It does not work smoothly like Samsung's previous laptops. With my previous experience, I was hoping for a very good computer, but Samsung really disappointed me of this laptop. The keyboard is strange. Shortened Shift key makes some problems. My little finger sometimes touched the fingerprint sensor when it should be on Shift key. Typing is not smooth like on Samsung's previous computers. I think Samsung should have used an ordinary keyboard like on my previous laptop. It would be better than what this has. Opening the laptop is not easy like Samsung's Notebook 9 Pro that I have used before. I have to use more effort to open it with 2 hands, instead of one handed opening with its previous laptops. Now, I am thinking about buying a different laptop because of this. I don't know what to do with this because the amount for this computer is not simple for a translator. It would be beneficial if Samsung would provide me a better solution -- not to disappoint me.

fast, beautiful computer, crafted from aluminum and royal blue color.. The display is beautiful and enough power for most tasks.. no recommended for heavy gamer.. I play Halo and son far so good.. but is not a gaming computer.. However it has 3 Thunderbolt 3 ports, and EGPU could be connected if willing to spend the money.

Nice design and premium feel. I'm not picky about keyboards, but short travel distance might put off some users. It does come with some bloatware, although I found some of the preinstalled apps that took advantage of the S Pen usefull. A little pricey for a laptop that only has a full HD screen, but it makes up for it in excellent battery life. Definitely a buy for someone looking for a great 2-in-1 daily driver.

Beautiful screen and eye catching laptop. Battery life is good but meter would fluctuate wildly. I would have kept this computer if the keyboard wasn't so mushy. It tries to be low profile while keeping some travel. The compromise results in terrible feedback where I would get lost typing all the time. The addition of the NUM pad also makes finding the delete key difficult. Also disappointing there is no 16gb option.
