Great laptop. Sleek, pretty blue, very responsive touchscreen & fingerprint unlock. Fast shipping. Sound is ok... 100 volume kind of sounds like 75 volume on normal devices for me but it still do well when I'm watching shows. Battery life is very good also.

This is a lightweight laptop that is metal and robust. Does Not flex, Has thunderbolt ports and comes with a USB adapter. My first one had to be replaced because the lights on the right side of the screen burned out.Best Buy sent me a new unit immediatley.

I really love this laptop!! The fingerprint is super accurate and responsive! It is a little hard to open as there isn't anything to grasp. I highly recommend this to anyone.

Love this Samsung book I’ve been using it for the past 2 years already and it’s so easy to use and the fact that you can make it into a tablet is awesome and very convenient. The pen that it comes with is perfect for the work I do on it. Definitely recommend it.

Yes, it is the best looking 2 in 1. It's also full of functions... Almost perfect, the only downside is the IRiS graphics. NVIDIA would've made this the perfect windows machine. Nevertheless, it's the best that I've seen on 2020. Another proof that looks and innovation are important as well as power.

Such an elegant notebook !! Starting from the notebook color to the inner details of the screen, program speakers. Till now it bewn a week am loving it i hope that who buys it will have the same feeling!!

This is a great laptop. I love how it is so thin and light-weight for me to carry. The screen is bright and the specs are amazing. I love the cool blue color as well. For me, its matches pretty closely to my Note 10+. Samsung really did great this time!

I would highly recomend this computer. It has an expensive feel to it. It is made of metal and the screen is glass. I like the pen that it comes with. I didn't think I would use it but I ended up loving it.

The Samsung Flex has a lor of great features! I'm a teacher and have done some screencast recordings for school. The ability to flip the laptop to a tablet and use the stylus that comes with it makes it so easy to do screencasts for distance learning.

I love this laptop! It has great features that are worth the price. I'm a college student and studying has never been easier. I love the outdoor light setting and 2-1 feature to read my online textbook outside. The size perfectly fits in my backpack too. I am very happy with this purchase

I've had this laptop for a month now. Looks even better than the pictures and it performs well so far. The only complaint I have is with the battery. On a full charge I can work for a solid 6 hours before it is done, but Samsung claims to get more out of it. Not true. The battery life indicator is all over the place sometimes. I've read about this on other reviews. It also wants to update every day! That is extremely annoying. I also noticed that internet connection drops every now and then. Still can't figure that part out. Graphics are great and it boots up really fast. I bought it during a sale and basically saved $350 which that in itself helps make up for the little things that annoy me about the product. Definitely not worth paying full price...

Super fast, sleek and easy to use. This laptop is versatile and very intuitive. The light weight makes it easy to carry around and definitely great to use for educational or work purposes. It charges quickly and has a long lasting battery life even while using video which is a BIG plus for me.

Beautiful laptop and features. Unfortunately could not keep as no matter what I would do, even without being near the thumb pad, the screen would be bouncing all over the place - in split seconds going from one screen to another. What a shame as I said it was a beautiful laptop...

I have really enjoyed using my new Samsung. I like the size of the screen and especially the touchscreen. I love using the stylus. I use it a lot when tutoring students and using it to work on math problems just like using a pencil.
