The versatility of two in one form factor in a compact size, makes this PC a all time use especially now that it has a SIM card option being able to work remotely.

Alot of youtube videos say how this laptop has low sound or a overpriced device. But me personally it isn't because everything is good and i dont have any problems with the device. 10/10

i was in love of the idea of getting the new Samsung as a Samsung Fan was existing for a bit later of having the laptop for one week i didn't was so pleasant nothing new no amazing color oh fast enough to run all my programs a little disappointed for me so i return it still looking for something new

I purchased this for my son for Christmas. He is in a Master's program at college and as a science major, needed something with flexibility and the high resolution of the screen. He loves the pen. He loves this computer so much, I am considering purchasing one for myself!

Its a good computer overall. All the structure of the computer is well made and the software is well balanced. Also its a good laptop for gaming. The speaker were improved from last years laptops that were placed below the pc.

Caught it on sale for 1300 when it first released! Had it one week now and it works flawlessly! I recommend!

Screen is good. Pen is very accurate and sensitive but so small it cramps my hand. Screen works w my wacom pen which fits better and has an eraser but it feels farther from the surface (its about 10 years old so I am shocked it works. Going from mac to windows is confusing. Hate it. Using as a tablet w screen folded back my left hand always switches screens or selects odd tools or other features if I lift my pen off the screen and brush against the edge of control surface. I wish I could turn off touch- or figure out how to move controls to rt of screen. I might have to rotate screen upside down. Pretty fast at least while drawing. I have 8 drawings open all at once and nothing crashed. Structure seems solid but edge is sharp and I can use it to shave certain kinds of plastic- like my wacom pen. Keyboard is ok. Looks good too

Samsung makes some great products. The keypad is comfy for typing. The tablet feature is amazing. The QLED screen is almost as good as my Samsung 4K TV!

Best Laptop to date. I bought this to do tuning on my car and I actually have way more use for it in the house. It’s ability to turn into a tablet and use the stylus makes it so versatile. I was a Mac user but I think I’ve shifted.

Outstanding laptop. Love pretty much everything about it, although I do not use the s-pen as often as I thought I would. It was a pleasant surprise to find that I did not need HDMI cables to connect to my LG projector, just connected wirelessly.

This laptop has mini cutting-edge features which makes it very nice to have. The screen is nice and bright and having the S-Pen is really great.

Tyler did a excellent job explaining all the features of the Samsung Galaxy Book Flex computer. He also let us know about the great deal on getting a best buy credit card. He showed us several computers and we settled on the Samsung Galaxy Book Flex.

So, I've had this laptop for over a year now. As with any decent product, it worked like a dream for, I don't know, a couple of months. The touch screen tablet feature was cool to show off and the screen itself is quite good. It seems to be fast enough for how I use it, mostly browsing, editing work documents, watching the occasional YouTube video, etc. But this is to be expected from any computer that you spend a fair amount of money on. So, on to the bad and the ugly... The touch screen is much much too sensitive. It's just too pliable. I often carry the laptop in my backpack, and this is a nice Tumi backpack with a padded section sewn in specifically for computers. However, I'll sometimes pull the computer out, open it up, and the screen starts going haywire. Have you ever tried using a touch screen tablet while your finger is wet and some water drips on the face of it? It's like that except that there is no water and I'm not touching the screen. It'll just stick in certain places, over and over. I'll have to lightly adjust the camber of the screen to try and even it out or I'll have to reset the computer in the hope it corrects itself. In short, the screen is very sensitive to anything other than I completely flat surface. Prolonged use on your lap, given it's a LAPTOP, is a no no since the screen will start to glitch after a bit. On to the ugly... I'm furiously typing this, not because I'm irate, well, not at the moment anyway, but because this keyboard could stop working at any given moment. I have no idea what causes the issue and I've tried troubleshooting the problem to no avail. I don't know if it's a software issue when interacting with any particular program or app, or if it's a hardware issue. It's just a ghost in the machine that hates the tippy tap of keyboard clicks apparently. It's maddening being interrupted halfway through something and being unable to access the keyboard at all. It just stops functioning. It has to be restarted and even then it doesn't always fix the issue, and may need to be restarted again. It makes no sense. So, in closing the two stars is because it's a nice looking appliance and there are some great things about it but when the two biggest issues in a computer are the screen acting psychotic and the keyboard refusing to function, well, you've got a pretty big problem since the entire UI of a computer are the SCREEN and KEYBOARD. I'll be reaching out to Samsung as well. I've supported them for years. You'd think that the basics would be worked out by now but alas, who knew the future was going to involve so much backpedaling...

THIS BEAUTIFUL LAPTOP WAS THE ICING ON THE CAKE ON WHY I CONTINUE TO BE A SAMSUNG FAN ! IT IS GREAT FOR TRAVELING BECAUSE THE DESIGN AND WEIGHT IS IDEAL TO TAKE EVERYWHERE! MY HUSBAND AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!

I love this computer so much. The keyboard is responsive and comfortable. The display is off the charts, amazing. It is light, powerful, and works amazingly well for every task I have thrown at it.

Overall a very nice laptop for my wife to work from home. The S key has recently stopped working, unfortunately. The wireless charging in the track pad is a nice feature, as is the built in pen.

I love this computer, it’s slim and very easy to use. I can carry it around without getting tired from it being bulky or heavy. It hard a touch of which is very convenient. This is great computer for students or business entrepreneurs

I'm a Galaxy user and a big Samsung fan. I have the Galaxy Z Flip, the Galaxy Watch, and the Galaxy Buds Plus, so it only made sense to get the line of laptops that were compatible with their other devices. It's like the Samsung version of the Apple interface (iPhone, Apple Watch, Airpods+, and Mac Book Pro). I expected a little more from them. The fact that the Flex doesn't have Smart Things but the Book S does really speaks volumes to the fact that sometimes Samsung is lacking. How did the lower grade version get a certain software that the highest grade didn't. Samsung also needs to do more if they want to compete with Apple in the laptop industry. It doesn't feel like a Samsung laptop really, it just feels like another windows laptop. Like even the design is too similar. Needs work.

I really loved this laptop but I returned it bc of the keyboard. I did not like the typing experience at all. I did love the slimness and the overall appeal of it. The screen was super amazing with bright vivid colors.

Runs more faster and so smooth. I am easily able to load programs on this device and they will load within 5 seconds. The processor can handle all my work for my engineering courses. The display makes it look like I'm watching on a QLED TV.
