I want to like this thing so bad but there are so many flaws I almost don't even know where to begin. For starters, there have been many occasions where I'd turn the computer off at night (i.e. Windows start menu, power options, shut down, wait for it to actually power down and then put the computer away) and then the next morning it simply WILL NOT power back on without fiddling with the power button for a minute or 2 (and/or plugging in the power cable, waiting a second, then trying again). It doesn't make sense because once the PC is finally turned on, it'll show plenty of battery life, one time 92%, meaning it certainly hadn't been drained from previous usage to warrant the reluctance to power up. Another issue is that the bluetooth randomly turns off (completely unprovoked) which is particularly annoying because I use a bluetooth mouse (because there are no standard USB-A ports, at least without using the adapter which I find intrusive). This also affects the S pen. Which brings me to my next point - the S pen gestures almost never work. And when they do, it's the opposite of what they should be - for example, the default gesture is an upward swiping motion to turn the volume up, but it actually requires a downward gesture (& vice versa). It's not a huge deal and it can be swapped in the settings, but as I said, it almost never actually works in the first place. A small but annoying qualm is that it attracts fingerprints like crazy. I'd happily put up with this if the thing worked like it should, but the functionality is absolutely unacceptable. Pros - it's fast, sleek (if you vigilantly keep it clean with a microfiber cloth) and the fingerprint sensor is fantastic. Still, that doesn't make up for the shortcomings. I'm not sure if I just received a faulty copy of the machine but regardless it's a bit annoying to dole out $1400 and have these issues. I can't imagine this happening with a Surface or Macbook.

This computer is in a class if it's own. I love the keyboard and the sleekness. Battery life is good.

I have been using it for about 3 weeks, so its kind of hard to give it a full review. But so far so good it has been doing everything I need !

When I first saw this product online I was hesitant about the cost being Much higher than my planned budget for a laptop, but once I got it home and opened it up I was glad that I spent the extra money for a higher quality laptop.

Absolutely love Samsung stuff... This computer is not exception. Bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for.... The QLED display is off the charts.

I am in love with this computer. Honestly you can do so much with and it very easy to take notes on for online classes. The screen size is perfect! I previously was using a MacBook Pro and let me tell you this was an upgrade!!

I have been using a Surface for years. I owned two different ones. Now I wanted something with a larger screen, and didn't want to pay the current Surface pricing. I really like this device. I have had zero issues with it to date.

great laptop it has had some issues freezing and the volume isn't the greatest but I do love the pen feature oh and the camera isn't the greatest

It’s really good for doing work and drawings. There’s only one thing I will complain about and it would be the sketch app it keeps crashing but after a while it will stop crashing.

For the price it is a great laptop. In some respected the features are better than my surface book 2. It’s definitely more gimmicky rather than raw computer horsepower. For web surfing notes some minor drawing it’s serviceable highly recommend.

I'm a fairly simple tech user, but I have always loved Samsung. This laptop does everything I need it to and more. With a slim display, bold color, and long battery life it was exactly what I was looking for! Definitely worth it!

Love this computer. I haven't had a computer in a long time, but it is so easy to use. I enjoy flipping it into a tablet. The finger print reader works very well.

Bought for my wife and she loves this computer. She does everything on this computer even charges her phone on the wireless pad that you use to scroll with. It’s an amazingly fast computer also. Would buy again.

I bought this during sales period to replace my 10 year old HP laptop. Samsung flex laptop is a great laptop and looks very premium. Also screen color is very good.

This was a great idea at the time. Samsung implementing their phone tech into their laptop genre. But i couldn't tell you where it is now. But it was a beautiful display and great features with the S pen.

Was looking for a lap top to use outside of my home office and on the road. This unit fills the bill nicely. Took some getting use to. Delta between key boards was the biggest challenge, but have adapted.

Start time is good Constantly have to redo my fingerprint recognition. Deleting in wanted emails requires multiple attempts to actually delete multiple email. Change the name of folders containing spam to SPAM! Make things simple

I love this samsung book flex, so far so good.....

I love this laptop. I only wish it had page up/down buttons and a menu/right-click button like Microsoft Surface Book. Other than those, this laptop has awesome specs and has been great for me.

I really like the PC and all it has to offer but the biggest issue that hinders me smoothly operating i laptop mode is with the Touch Pad I believe that it is too big for my needs
