All other computers need you to create a account with there company while Samsung is what our phones are so its all linked together. Make it much simpler.

This Product has a nice sleak design for everyday carry and is easy to travel. The weight of the product is perfect for carrying with you at work when documents nee to be filled out on the go.

Boots quickly, but had to install a dozen updates including a windows 10 version upgrade that took an hour. It works nicely, and I bought a 512GB sd storage card for backups and documents storage.

this tablet has everything anyone could need. As a previous MacBook owner the windows Interface takes getting used to. I honestly wish it ran on android os.

Going into your stores these days is almost war like. The man at the door was rude and I felt I couldn't come in because I want some info on my computer. Once I was in, everyone was great. I found what I needed.

It's fast and so pretty....lol I haven't been able to fully utilize the features but I'm sure they will be great.....one thing I'm having trouble with is the s-pen .... There's no instructions or manual or anything to help either

I've only ever owned HP laptops, but decided to try my luck with this Samsung (have had Samsung phones, appliances, etc and really enjoy the brand.) So far I am very pleased with my purchase!

Thin, lightweight, super easy set up, very fast computer. Four stars instead of 5 because we had a defective screen, but Best Buy replaced without hassle. Recommend!

This galaxy is amazing, having a table and laptop in one is great and it is super lightweight. I would’ve give a 5star, however, the battery is not that great. I work from home so it’s manageable.

This laptop upgraded my older work laptop. This machine is monster. quick to boot and quiet while running. if your looking for a slim notebook that can handle a workload, look no further.

Its been going good for the past 3 years but recently the touch screen has been acting up. It says that there is someone touching the screen when there is not.

Beautiful to work with. Like a few other comments, just remember to run updates on everything when you first set up your laptop. If you do that then you'll have a great experience :)

This is a great upgrade from my 7 year old Samsung laptop. Everything seems to be working smoothly. I wish it had several more usb ports. Otherwise I'm very satisfied with it.

This is a fantastic computer! I have a Note 10 so that makes this computer so much better! The only thing they can improve on are the speakers.
