Wife loves it, slim, powerful and it charges your phone on the keypad

I am a college student and for me this laptop is really great for student!

Slim. Not too heavy. Great specs. Only downside is lack of color option besides blue.

The machine I have now is a replacement for the very same item. Both the initial purchase and the replacement exhibit the same problem. The start point inadvertently moves. In my experience, it is not only while tying. I am very careful to avoid letting my palm rest on the trackpad while typing. With both machines, I changed the trackpad setting to "low sensitivity". With both machines, I sought assistance from the Geek Squad. With the replacement (second machine), I called Samsung support. A Samsung tech took virtual control. The tech said that the machine met all the updates. He said that he checked and reset the drivers for the trackpad. Right at that moment, the start point jumped again-- by it self! I called it to the tech's attention because, seemingly he was unaware. He responded with a recommendation that I allow him to wipe the machine clean and start to "rebuild". I was not in agreement with that resolution. The session strangely ended without notification, and the Samsung tech did not call me back. Following the Samsung session, the problem still persisted. Due to the uncontrolled start point, typing on the Galaxy Book Flex 2-in-1 is difficult and annoying. (By the way, I am making this entry using another computer!) I am very disappointed, because other than the defect--the Galaxy Book Flex 2-in-1 is very desirable.

We could not get it to extend the display to 2 additional external monitors after being assured that it can handle up to 4 additional monitors. It's such an elegant design, and really looks good, but it's worthless to me if it can't extend the display.
