Cons: Camera goes a little dark when you move. Speakers are literally THE WORST. Things are barely audible even at max volume. Pros: Blue color is nice. Screen is one of the brightest I could find for price range

Background You would classify me as a diehard Samsung person. I have 3 laptops all still working, never had a problem, reliable as can be. The 1st is a 17” i5 that is 10yrs old and works as if it was new, but it is heavy. The 2nd is a 15.6” i7 Notebook 9 that is 2yrs old. I love this laptop as it is so light, 2.6lbs, and am always using it for personal and work use. But it did not have a back-lit keyboard. So in Oct 2020, I bought a 15.6” Flex 2-in-1 for the backlit keyboard. Rating So why would I give it a 1 star: The KEYBOARD sucks. It is too small and I am constantly hitting the wrong key. Here’s why: - Numerical Pad: I like Num Pads, but on the 15.6” size, it takes up too much space away from the keyboard. I can live without a Num Pad but can’t live without a keyboard. They should have left it off. - Track Pad: I admit I am not a fan of track pads. The one of the flex is large so takes away real estate from keyboard. I can live without one but can’t live without the keyboard. - Fingerprint Key: It is next to the right shift key and makes the shift key small. Compared to the left, the right shift key is half the length. It’s too easy to miss it and miss hit the fingerprint key. - Keyboard: Given all the above, the keys are small so it is too easy to miss hit. Also, because the keyboard length has been shrunk, your hands are slanted in at an angle and it adds to the miss hit issue. The keys on the comparable Notebook 9 seem to be 50% larger and I can’t remember when the last time I miss hit a key as it is a rate event. So the reason for the 1 star is purely based on the keyboard issues and the fact that I end up not using the laptop that much. Basically, if I end up dreading using the laptop and it just sits there, it is not something I would buy. Maybe for someone else this is not a problem, and it that case I would highly recommend it.

I always buy Samsung and have been very happy until this last year. The power supply does not take a charge and I tried to buy a knock off one and it doesn't work too well. Still happy with Samsung

Battery life is my only complaint but so far so good

Good computer/ notebook. Limited drive space. External interfacing changes from usb to type c caused needing to purchase converters. Having only a micro sd card reader is not consumer friendly.

I’m currently in my first year of graduate school and got this computer to upgrade from the laptop I used in undergrad. The computer is beautiful and is awesome when it works. However, it crashes whenever I try to use any Bluetooth headphones such as my beats or AirPods. The device is constantly giving me issues. On occasion the audio stops working and recently the video camera will not work which is very unfortunate as having your video on during online lectures is mandatory. And now the computer will not turn on unless it is in safe mode. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I regret this purchase and probably would have been better of with another device.
