Would be 5 stars but the battery crapped out on me today. Well i hope its the battery it only works with the power adapter plugged in right now. In the process of talking to samsung service center for warranty repair.

Bought this to replace an aging Dell. The computer has issues. The worst being the lack of USB ports. The USB-C port available had to be used to connect a wireless mouse. After less than a week the large device was bumped often enough to make it inoperable and we had to go back to the touch pad. Korean models have a built in mouse. Why not the American version? This is a major shortcoming and for me, it resulted in returning the laptop and getting the HP Omen that allows for 'stubby' USB connectors for wireless mice. If you plan to use a mouse, DO NOT BUY unless you can go bluetooth and not have any protruding receivers sticking out of the sides of the laptop.

I can't give this zero stars so it gets one. I purchased and realized that the promised usb-c to hdmi adapter wasn't in the box. Contacted Samsung support because I assumed they'd be happy to help me with this. Well it turn out that they won't accept the actual printed invoice from Bestbuy because it doesn't show your logo! Not even with screenshots of my account online.... so they told me to go back to the store to get better proof of purchase. I think getting proof of return sounds a whole lot better to me! Not to mention the wifi keeps resetting itself and shutting itself off dozens of times a day.... spent hours trying to fix this to no resolution. Its a fairly flimsy machine and doesn't seem solid. Samsung, how many sales can you afford to lose over a 2 dollar adapter? I'm glad I found out now!

The laptop is lovely but my battery life is garbage. It drains SUPER fast and I haven't even started really using it. It even drains with the lid closed. I will take it back tomorrow and hopefully they will be able to fix this problem.

It has a beautiful exterior... That is about it. the speakers are really bad, the S pen doesn't function 90 percent of the time and constant updates.

Just got mine today and was super excited and only to be disappointed by Samsung. First major issue for me was the touch pad stutters and hiccups. When you make very small fine adjustments the touch pad often will not move at all or suddenly move too much. No issues when you just move your touch pad, only when you do fine adjustments. like you overshot an icon and wants to move back, it will either not move at all or move too much. I noticed this when you are plugged into the charger, when you remove the charger the mouse became very smooth, and when you plug back in the issue will disappear, only to return a minute or two later. So it's very annoying but I think it's software fixable. Second issues is the tingling sensation when the computer is charging and you touch the side metal and some times even the wrist pad you can feel the tingling.. Maybe because my foot was on the floor and I have wood floor. I don't have this issue with Macbook Pro, so I know it's bad grounding.. Just not sure if this is just this laptop or all the Galaxy Book Flex has this issue. Also Samsung Update (App) Sucks, it will work some times, and some times doesn't work.. Such as it will say install and not doing anything forever.. I really want to love this laptop because so far no PC can compete with Mac on the looks, and Samsung Galaxy Book Flex certainly has the look that can rival Macbooks. I am a actually a Samsung fan and hates Apple products. This is for Samsung to Read: Dear Samsung, you have great products, but you need to get your act together if you really wants to beat Apple. Please fix all your kinks and this laptop could have been perfect. Also please add LTE into Intel PCs, not just Qualcomms as Business people needs reliability and don't want to deal with compatibility issues. Thank you for listening Samsung.

I loved the laptop and all of the cool features that it has. I did NOT love the trackpad it is horrible. The computer constantly needs to be updated. There are better products out there!

The laptop was great until the side broke. I take very good care of my laptop and I LOVE IT but I don't understand how it broke.

I really wanted to like this computer but there are serious problems with this Galaxy. Bought one for my daughter and all was going okay, I don't much like the keyboard myself but she is more adaptable. Then suddenly there was a single dead pixel and without warning, it was a line of dead pixels across the screen. That means a bad motherboard. I have had lots of Samsung devices before so I thought, well just got a lemon and that happens with everyone. As time went on the machine developed other issues like freezing or going black and freezing with only a hard reboot getting it back up. Inconvenient but really annoying if you are on a zoom call that is scheduled for 10 minutes only. I decided that I would by another for an easier transition. Well, I am glad it took a day or two to get it done since the new exact same model has a different problem. The new machine will not take any of the Microsoft updates and has to be rolled back with each update, it will not accept any updates of any kind and will just freeze on a blank screen. The new one is going back as well.

I don't know why every time the screen shows there is connection problem with S pen.

Nice laptop but if you don't leave it plugged in the computer will drain out over a few days.

This just not hold up to the price point IMO. The pen should be full size, the screen is just average really, performance is average. I returned it after a week. Seems nicely build. Battery performance was not as described at all...maybe half that.

Fingerprint scanner in the wrong place. Replaces the Shift key on the right side. Glare on screen is bad. Pen is small and useless, In tablet mode the fingerprint scanner is unusable. Too big for a tablet but only version with 12gb of ram. Keys do not match boddy. over heats. Wish I would have purchased a different device.

Definitely not worth the price the only difference between my Old laptop is the processor I don’t feel like it makes it faster at all a stupid pen that doesn’t work for all apps it was a waste of money.

1080p is a low res for a 15inch screen, battery life is not as advertised, it was 6 hours with full performance usage. I returned because charging stuck at 88% didn't fully charge.

Honestly the computer looks very beautiful, but it’s very fragile. The computer came cracked already from shipping. Definitely a good laptop and I would recommend it to anyone.

This computer somehow slipped by Q. C. I had every problem with it you could imagine. They took it back within the return time period. No problem.

Terrible shipping, lost an order in transit then had to order a new one which showed purchased even to be sent to store for pick. Come to find out they don't even have the product in inventory. It's be almost a month to sort this out. Best Buy needs to really fix this situation. Save yourself the headache and the run around and find an alternative. Can't rate a product you don't have.

Dont waste your money on this Crap!! The sound and speakers suck, it overheats, and it's loud!! I was bought and expected to receive a NEW one, instead I received someones return!!! I paid full price and customer service cant reach anyone at the stores, so I'll be returning next week when I get a new laptop from APPLE directly. Im so disappointed in Best Buy and Samsung!!

Honestly was my favorite laptop! I loved how light it was, the color was beautiful, it was super quick and efficient, and I enjoyed how it was touch screen. Im sad that mine broke and they couldn’t get it fixed
