the computer was bugging,not performant like described

The trackpad / touchpad stopped working 2 weeks after I bought this Galaxy Book Flex. Device Manager shows a Code 10 error. It appears to be a hardware problem because the cursor no longer moves in the BIOS as well.

Keyboard is terrible, like typeing on plywood. The fingerprint reader changes keyboard layout. QLED is not OLED. Screen does get bright but kills battery life. Typical Samsung all marketing but no function.

Computer is fine but the sound of the speakers is terrible sound is under the floor returned the item and got apple mac pro doble the price but better Dont know why you sell that you dont try it before you offer to the customers?

Purchased and owned for just 5 months and already has a screen problem with a line going across. Very disappointed, let's see what Samsung does with this problem. If they don't fix, I will never buy another Samsung product.

I am so disappointed in this computer! It freezes up daily within minutes of being used. I have a hard time completing any task because I have to restart and get back to what I was doing.

Beautiful lop book flex like tablet love it has beautiful screen i can also use it as a lop top

The glass screen shattered opening the laptop, after only 19 months of use. Also, short battery life.

Samsung could have done a lot better with this computer I returned this computer for the HP Spectre and it is one of the best decisions I have made.

I have had this laptop for 4 years now! The only thing I would say that is a bit annoying is that the fans are quite loud but otherwise this laptop has aged well. I just started noticing that my touch screen is acting funny but with age and not perfect care its quitw impressive

Absolutely love my laptop, you can use it as a tablet by rotating the screen. Pen makes it so much easier to use apps, make notes, even scrolling while shopping. Thin and comfortable, battery life is long to use without being plugged in. I've had ut for 4 years now and battery life doesn't change as it usually happens with outhrr laptops. Recommend.

I bought this laptop back in 2020 to work from home. Been using it consistently for a little over 4 years now almost every day and it still hasnt failed me. I have noticed the battery is starting to go down a little bit faster than before but i can still manage to use it with over 5 applications open and working for a good 4 hours straight or more. I know i will eventually need to purchase a new laptop bit more likley i will be looking for this same one or similar again.

Awful. It bugs out a lot. Has way too many issues for the price.

Service was sad. My package was stole and no refund.

Really nice computer, so fast, amazing graphics, the audios is not too loud but that is not a reason to pass on this.

I would give this laptop 4.5 stars. I was nervous to buy it because of the reviews, and specifically because of the quantity of reviews that mentioned issues with the shift key. I'm glad I tried the laptop for myself, because this has not been an issue at all! I don't even notice the change. I am a woman, though. I have large hands for a woman (the same size as my husband, who has small hands for a man), It is quite possible that men with large hands would struggle with the shift key, so I don't think people are making that up. Try it out for yourself! My biggest complaint about this laptop is that the battery life is nowhere near suggested. It is certainly not 20 hours or anywhere close. With settings maximized for battery life, if you are using this laptop, four hours is the maximum you'll get. This is inferior to the previous version of this laptop that I had, which would last for 6-8 hours. You do have to pay attention to a default battery setting that Samsung includes that charges the battery only to 85%, to improve long-term battery life. You can change this setting. They do this for people who keep their laptop plugged in constantly, which affects how long your battery will last. Besides being light, I absolutely love the blue color of this laptop! The pen also works better than it did on the previous model, although I am still figuring out how to maximize its use. All in all, this is a great laptop. I wish they'd worked on battery life more.
