Fast and reliable. Battery life is more than expected. Easy to use and requires little set up. Overall happy with this product.

Well, took time before settling on this option. Fast processing for sure. The display is very reflective but I would choose it over any other non reflective matte display because it looks good, with excellent picture quality. The pen works great. My real issue was the proportionality around the hinges. If you have OCD this may be a problem because it's not perfectly symmetrical but otherwise everything that you want from a laptop; light, thin, good battery life, good display and processing speed.

I did but this refurbished and right away when I received it, the speaker was blown. I highly recommend always getting Geek squad for refurbished items because it is worth it. They fixed the issue. But, you want to know about the computer. It's fast, I love the screen resolution and the fingerprint login is the best! Screen size is perfect and I have had yet to explore all of it's features because I just got it back from being repaired. However, I like what I see so far.

This laptop is very nice! I haven't gotten the chance to explore ALL the features because there are SO many, which is great! The S-pen is amazing, but sometimes it gives a notification that it's disconnected, even though it isn't. Being able to flip this back and forth is amazing, but I don't like that in tablet mode, you can't do a split screen. This is an extremely nice laptop, but I think I would've been fine with getting the smaller version and just buying a pen on my own. I don't think just the pen makes it worth the price gap difference between the 13" & the 15".

I'm glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews. I have found them to be unfounded but to each his own. The look, performance and functionality is terrific. If you have a Galaxy Phone you will love it even more. Need more S Pen tutorials.

I've had this 2 in 1 laptop from Samsung for about 2 weeks now. A little pricey, but solid. Has nice goodies, including a wand found in the Note. The European model has 16 gigs of ram, where the US version has 12 gigs (acceptable for my use). This model also comes in a 13 inch model, but I prefer the 15 inch. All in all, I'm happy so far.

It's pretty! It's fast! It's bigger than expected. and the QI charger does not charge iphone. I still can't get used to the gestures on the screen or trackpad or something. I've had a touchscreen for YEARS... and never had this problem. Things keep getting highlighted and moving ... etc etc etc. It boots SUPER fast! Love that. The Fingerprint reader is awesome. I loved the IDEA of the pen, but I haven't really used it. I love the side number pad too. I wish I could find this slick aluminum blue body in a 13" though

Let me preface this review by saying I am a Samsung guy. Ive owned their phones, tablets, and watches for several years. If you own any modern Samsung gear, you will love this laptop. Ive only owned it for a week, and so far I love it. I was coming from a 14" laptop, and wanted something with a little bigger screen, but not overall size. The Galaxy Book Flex was just the right size. Overall, its been awesome. The screen is amazing, hasnt slowed down a bit no matter what ive been doing. I will say im not a gamer, so I cant speak to how it holds up on graphic intense games. Ive watched a few movies, and will say the playback was smooth, no issues. There are a few cons though, room for improvement. The keyboard is adequate, but doesnt have much travel to it it. There are also no legacy USB 2.0 ports, only USB-C and Thunderbold. It comes with an adapter, but its a minor hassle when you just need to plug a thumb drive in. Ive also had some bluetooth connectivity issues, but since its a new laptop model, I think they will work the kinks out. Overall, this laptop is a little pricey, but awesome. The cons are very small to me, I wpuld highly recommend it to anyone.

I'm truly enjoying this laptop. For one the picture quality is amazing and I like the feel and wight if it. Super light. Also the performance speed is great too. A big difference between this and my older laptop. I love that it has three USB C ports so I can connect two monitors to it and still have a slot for the charger. I use it for casual a some programing. Over all I highly recommend it.

The choice was limited. I am a dedicated HP computer owner and love the HP products. The issue with them is that they refuse to fix a deficiency with the hinges that break after about a year of use. The whole screen breaks apart exposing the insides. DRAT!!! After three times of experiencing this issue without any help from HP I chose Samsung, mainly because that was the best computer available compared with what I had been using. It is small, unique in size compared to the HP. The good thing is so far that the lid opens and shuts without any grinding or threats of letting me down. It is fast to connect to the internet and holds its own in performance without any pleas or begs from me. In general, it is a nice replacement, has a sharp and very impressive screen display and the sound is likewise to my liking. I like the Samsung laptops. I owned one a number of years ago and the hard drive became an issue. I really did not have much choice in selection but with what the store offered I am pleased with the neat Galaxy Book with the built in pen which makes moving around a magical experience. I would buy this again and certainly recommend it to anyone looking for good performance and without a hitch operation with the installed apps. A great little machine. . The biggest aggravation and one that angers me the most is the BEST BUY store shipped my computer in a HUGE shipping box with the computer thrown inside and NO packaging, cushioning, or protection. I find that to be absolutely unacceptable. Try talking with a Best Buy representative about that and they will berate and abuse your spirit and call you stupid. I will never buy anything again from Best Buy that requires shipping to my home. The lack of care for the customer service and the products they represent tells me much about the company as a whole.

I purchased this to replace an older laptop and my level of expectation was just that. But I am impressed with a few items: the power share ability to charge my phone. Great battery life and quick charging. The Samsung pen along with Windows Ink is great for business. My Samsung Note and Buds connect seamlessly and sharing of files with Samsung Flow is a bonus. I am disappointed that the functionality of the Samsung Pen often gives an error of not being connected.

is it with 1400??meeh? I like storage is not a lot as many other reviews have stated. It lags and takes a minute to load pages and apps. The only good thing about the laptop besides the Samsung name is the tablet mode. The finger scanner is nice. I would say the wireless charging but you can't use the keypad while charging. The battery is good. It didn't take long to fully charge. The keyboard has really short keys. Its kinda off with sizing on the number pad like the keys are smaller and squeezed in to fit. I still on the fence with this one.

This computer is a very wonderful product that is equally responsive as it is attractive . However my main complaint is the limitations in terms of connectivity. It has multiple USB c ports and nothing else. No hdmi, no standard usb port. It mean that you will have to buy a separate adapter which makes no sense. I bought it because of the brilliant display and the great battery life . The camera is below average and the sound is underwhelming. Overall it is attractive and works flawlessly so it is a worthy compromise.

This is an amazing laptop that is used primarily to work from home. With all the latest and greatest specs, runs and loads super fast. S pen is very convenient to take notes along with the touch screen and backlit keyboard is very nice to have. I can get by the entire day without having to charge the laptop (14+) hours of usage and still have battery life plus it's really fast to charge.

this is a great lap top. the abilty to flip the screen really allows me to do my job more efficiently. the battery life is great. if you are a samsung phone user the compatibility is just out of this world. i bought mine as an open box item so i got a few bucks off so it makes the price look better but worth every penny i spent compared to the other ones i have used

The color is superb and it works amazingly fast. The pen and tbe touch quality is very good.

First, it's very light. Second, the screen is outstanding. Third, it works beautifully as a tablet. Syncing it with my previous Dell was a matter of pushing a couple of "yes" buttons and my browser transferred in one minute flat. Of course everything on "One Drive" was right there, too. I find my run time on normal operations just on battery to be 10-12 hours. If running TV or movies it is about 8 hours. The SSD and i7 cpu make everything faster.
