It has been great for this homeschool family. Lightweight, speed is great, able to use it for coding, touch screen is cool. We really like this laptop.

Needed a windows to run some programs that wont run on Mac. Samsung was the best choice! The screen is awesome! Battery life is insane. The finger print reader works just as well as the only on my Macbook Pro 16. Trackpad isn't as great as the Macbook.... but CLOSE!! Being able to flip this thing into a tablet is something I wish I could do with the MacBook. That and touchscreen.

I bought this for college but I haven't used it for it's intended purpose yet so I'll update accordingly, but from the limited use I can say it's perfect. -Love that it's touchscreen do to it being a 2 in 1 -Love that the brightness of the backlit keyboard can be adjusted -Love that it's compact and easy to carry around with me Only thing I didn't like much was that the speaker is on the bottom but that doesn't really interfere with the sound much.

I've had this laptop for a few years now and it works wonderfully for me. I'm able to have at least few games on it (Omori and Stardew Valley, so I don't know about huge games or graphics). My only complaint is that the volume is not straightforward to use - you have to press the FN button and then the volume button(s). It's annoying and takes longer to find, especially when I have other people over my shoulder telling me to turn it down.

Can't say enough good things about this jewel. I love that it's lightweight. I love the touchscreen feature, and I love the great book flex option! I also love the wonderful folks at Best Buy and their helpfulness, especially the manager Chris Lozon. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted, amidst several swap outs to get there. He was always kind and professional and willing to go the extra mile. He made a long time customer out of me with nothing but praises to sing about Best Buy!

The Samsung Galaxy Book Flex Alpha 2 -in-1 is easy to use and has a fast Intel Core i7 processor. I can listen to music, surf the Web, and create documents in Word at the same time without this laptop slowing down. This computer is extremely portable and the battery lasts 8 to 10 hours. This model can be connected wirelessly to a Samsung tv, Other positives of this laptop are the keyboard and the high quality monitor. The backlit keyboard makes it easy to type at night. Also, as the keys never stick, so you can type really fast. Moreover, the monitor provides clear and crisp visibility when streaming videos and looking at pictures. This model however has a few minor weaknesses. Once in a while , the touch screen freezes so it is a good idea to have a mouse or a Stylus pen. Another weakness is that the Samsung Galaxy Book Flex Alpha battery does not last 16 to 17 hours. The sales representative who sold me this computer claimed it lasted 16 to 17 hours. Actually, after streaming Netflix for six hours, 50% of the battery remained, Maybe, running fewer battery-draining software might help the battery last longer. Regardless of the above negatives, the Samsung Galaxy Book Flex Alpha 2-in-1 is the most portable and user-friendly computer for high school college students and employees who need to write and do research. From what I have read in other reviews, this laptop is great for gaming and light photo-editing. Therefore, the Samsung Galaxy Book Flex Alpha 2-in -1 is a great value for students, employees, and gamers.

I wanted a small powerful laptop for an IT program that I am enrolled in and for home use and this for the bill. It is pretty quick for its size, has a good picture and is lite and easy to travel with. The only real downside is it does feel cheaply made... I’m not saying it is.. maybe I’m used to the “brick” like dell computer used to have. I would buy this computer again for the price I got it for , which I think was around 800. Any more than that I would get something with more bells and whistles.

Amazing price for a fantastic computer! Easy to carry with me and I love that I can fold it into a tablet and take notes on the go with a stylus. Love the touchscreen and clarity of the screen. Processing speed is awesome. I plan to start learning Illustrator and Animator on this PC. I'm so happy with my purchase.

Excellent value. Plenty of speed when multi-tasking. The color and clarity of the screen are exceptional. The problem I have is the the shift key on the right side is cut in half to make space for the fingerprint reader (blue key in picture). That is where I've been hitting shift forever. I have big hands and it's just not going to work. Will be returning for strictly that reason.

I bought this laptop for my son for college. It has been fantastic. He loves the size, speed, and brightness of the screen. It's much better than his Apple Air he had to replace. We are very pleased with this and would recommend it to anyone, but particularly if you are looking for a lightweight, perfect size, fast and capable college laptop.

verygood product easy tocary and very flexible to use

It took a long time for Windows updates to get this to a point where this unit would work. Since then it's been OK. I also used IObit's free driver updater to get things working better. The fingerprint reader seems weak. The one on my wife's Lenovo works MUCH better. The one on my work Lenovo works MUCH better. My sensor is clean, it just doesn't work as well as others. To hook up USB devices, I got a powered hub. I recommend using a powered hub. I do NOT like the way the touchpad works. I find that a LOT of touchpads do not work very well and this one seems to be no exception. The Bluetooth works OK. There is supposed to be a security option that senses when your phone connects via Bluetooth so that the device will unlock. It may work someday but not yet for me. I have the power options set up to dim the screen on power after 20 minutes. It doesn't work. The display size is OK for me. So far, the unit works OK. Nothing amazing, but it works.

I purchased this computer because my old gaming laptop (2017 HP OMEN 15.6 inch) was starting to generate blue screen of death stop codes on me pointing to the RAM/HDD going bad. I ordered a iFixIt tool kit off Amazon and removed the rear panel only to notice on top of bad RAM/HDD, the battery (4 cell) was swollen as well. I can say that this laptop definitely surprised me with not only the build quality, but also all of the bells and whistles that came with it! I am not a fan of 2 in 1 laptops, however, I can safely say that I trust the durability of this product. Very smooth keystrokes, precision touch screen interaction, beyond average battery life, all around decent computer. I ran multiple resource intensive applications just to see how the computer would react on top of using an external monitor and it held up better than my HP did (HP only had 8GB RAM). I also did research and watched reviews prior to purchasing and yes Samsung has had a bad gig with making laptops, but I think this one just begun "The next big thing" or whatever their motto is. When compared side by side with my wife's MacBook Air 2020 model, the displays are neck and neck (I prefer this one). My only complaint is how easy it is to leave residue on the computer's chassis, either I naturally have excessively oily palms or what I stated prior is the issue. I hope this review helps future buyers, also check out their other models too!

Such a powerful laptop at a bargain price. Doesn't heat up and has a lot of ports. Super fast and light. So far, everything is working fine EXCEPT for the 720p webcam quality & the screen when it goes to sleep, it would not wake up sometimes. You would have to press and hold the power button and restart. It's a samsung thing I've heard. But that's not a big deal, it only happens once in a while.
