Great size and speed for personal home use. Beautiful screen and graphics.

I love the Qled display and the look and feel of this laptop. It has a premium feel with plenty of port types and a very nice display. It does get very warm to the touch on your lap but other than that it's a good looking PC laptop well worth the the 599.99. I looked at other laptops in this price range but the display didn't come close to this laptop and had plastic body's. If it didn't get so warm on the lap i would have given it 5 stars. I'm still real happy with it though.

Excellent Laptop. High resolution screen. Really like the location of power button. Seems small thing but my last laptop had it in location that when I flipped it to tablet mode I almost always shut it off. This Samsung is so far perfect for work and leisure. I highly recommend it . Fast. Nice display. Easy to use.

This computer is good. Still not a fan of windows but haven't much knowledge about apple. It is fast but I still think wsappx is a problem with how much cpu it eats up but that is windows so have to deal with it. The lighting is really weird. Setting is far too bright even at the lowest setting and hard to keep at a certain brightness. I do like the night light.

Smaller laptop that serves my purpose of a lightweight laptop that has a touch screen.

Love this laptop! It powers up so quickly and comes out of sleep faster than I can be ready to use it. Screen is bright and easy to read. Keyboard is good for a small machine. It is light and easy to carry and travel with. Battery has not run out for me. The brick on the charger is the biggest drawback and that is something I can live with.

Love this laptop. Battery life is exceptional. It charges very quickly an last a long time. Screen is excellent, when you put it in highest brightness it is viewable even in sunlight. I have many laptops in my life. My work machine is a surface pro. There isn't anything about this Samsung i don't like.

Nice, light, good screen and features but will need some time to adapt. Going from a standard 15+" screen to the smaller 13.3 means a more compact keyboard with some functions in different places. Will take more time to adjust. Like instant on when case opened and fingerprint reader to sign in...get down to work faster. Volume a little week by works OK for Zoom and Teams. Given screen size, HDMI output for external monitor is almost essential unless you are experienced with "fine print".

I was looking for something that could work as a tablet or a compact notebook PC. This fits the bill perfectly. Great build quality and plenty of power in a small package for most basic applications. My only complaint is that it can't be charged by USB-C. It comes with a proprietary power brick which you won't want to lose.

Bought this to replace my mother-in-law’s 10 year old laptop. Build quality is fantastic. The touchscreen is responsive. The tablet function is a bit gimmicky, but I dont expect it to get much use in that orientation anyway. Here’s hoping we can squeek 10 years out of this one just like we did the last.

I have never had a Samsung computer, although I've been a Galaxy phone user for years. O jad purchased another brand laptop a year ago, and it overheated 5 weeks outside the year warranty and fried the motherboard. Very disappointed, I honestly looked for the coolest running laptop with the specifications I felt necessary for my use. I may have picked this laptop with a knee-jerk reaction, but three months in, this Samsung Flex2 is impressing me every day. I love the fingerprint sensor, and the Samsung maintenance software.

I bought this for the 13 inch OLED screen, fast processor, and SSD. This is now my 'go-to' device for surfing the net, checking emails, watching videos, or doing serious work. It has built-in Samsung apps I use quite often and almost no bloatware! The movies are amazing to watch on this device. Easy to carry and use anywhere...home, school or work.
