Great display, fast... nice keyboard backlighting. Works well, comes setup well... powers a multi monitor setup easily - the HDMI out is really handy. Lacks USB-C charging capability, big bummer. Overall a great laptop, but annoying to have to lug around the charger when it has a USB-C port... it *should* be able to charge from that port... Internal sound is terrible, but the aux output is excellent. Bluetooth works well.

I love this laptop. The touchscreen is a plus. The resolution is amazing. I got it open box and it was almost perfect. The only negative is that Samsung put the speakers on the bottom of the laptop. The sound gets muffled but overall still a great purchase.

It is lightweight and has a great display. I do not like that it gets VERY hot after extended use.

So far so good, good performance haven't seen any slow downs yet.

I bought 2 of these at the same time for my kids to use for school. They love that they’re lightweight and thin sonthey don’t take too much space in their overloaded backpacks. Sufficient power for 2 days when they forget to plug them in (always) and can run the Microsoft suite and basic Adobe software.

I really like this machine. The screen is quite bright and the computer is very responsive. There are drawbacks that didn't let me give it 5 stars. The keyboard is so-so. It doesn't usb c charge and the battery life is nowhere near advertised. Further the screen flexes a lot when touched. Still, it's a good machine just not great.

Nice and lightweight and the display is super nice

this notebook is light in weight, powerful, and fast. I like to be able to do run my business on the go, and this makes it possible. The battery life is excellent, and I have not had any issues with the network connections or software. I highly recommend this machine to mobile workers.

This is an outstanding laptop. There are several reviews about the battery life, and I agree that it does deplete faster than my Lenovo Yoga I had for several years. That might be remedied by getting a new battery, but it serves it's purpose for me quite well, so I'm not bothered by it. I use my laptop for writing and to connect to my desktop remotely when I can't get into the office. It's incredibly lightweight and even though the screen is smaller than my last laptop, it isn't difficult to see. The keys light up, which is cute, though I don't think it serves any real purpose. The only issue I have is the fingerprint button is right next to the shift key, so I tap it by mistake from time to time. It doesn't do anything, and I know I'll get used to the keys quickly. I got this laptop on sale and have only had it a couple of days, but I absolutely love it. For the price, it certainly cannot be beat. If you have an android phone, it can be connected to the laptop as well, which is a cool feature.

Great purchase. Im a Samsung kinda girl. Battery life is amazing normally i would have to sit somewhere where a plug was, great screen color and very convenient size, lightweight also i can carry it in my tote bag!

I love the display. The computer is very fast. The only problem is the silver keyboard which is hard to read in certain lights. I looked at many units for just the colors I wanted and this was the only one that fit my expectations. It's QLED which I prefer over OLED. The high gloss screen also adds to the vibrancy. I am very pleased with the purchase.

Amazing performance and very stylish. I only use this laptop for school and basic tasks and it gets the job done. Love the touch screen and tablet capability. Very light weight and the finger print accessibility is a bonus. Wayyyyyyyy better than the chrome book i gave away.

After searching for a laptop for months I FINALLY came across this gem. This was the only one that I found that's a 2 in 1, touch screen, AND has a backlit keyboard for a reasonable price. The slim lightweight design was also a plus for me too. Very pleased to say the least!

1st of 2 of Galaxy Books I've bought. The other is higher end. Great Screen, very colorful. Nice performance. Build quality is better than some of the competitors. Keyboard is ok. Paid only $550 ($749) Original price. Fingerprint sensor and USB-C are nice features.

This little machine is a power house! It's extremely light, flips around, the screen is touch -- overall, it's pretty great quality. the battery life is really great even for a heavy multitasker like myself. it's usually on balanced performance, however. anyway, no regrets on this purchase.

Got this for my daughter for college. She loves it and that's saying a lot! She usually doesn't have much nice to say about anything I purchase for her, but this was the exception. She gave unsolicited praise for this little laptop. She said it was very simple to set up and easy to use. She even commented on the extraordinary battery life. Way to go Samsung!

Needed a new labtop for classes after my hp died on me. This labtop is easy to carry and has a nice finish to it, easy to navigate when setting it up. Affordable price. If you need a new labtop or looking for something more portable, this labtop is for you.
