Have used the MacBook Air with M1 chip and though nice, this little laptop is a powerhouse for what I need. Absolutely love it! Colors are vivid and the screen is amazing! Love that it allows to use the touchscreen even in laptop mode. Really a great machine.

Wow this Samsung laptop is amazing.The processor is fast,no lag.The resolution is very sharp.its not huge and very compact,It folds back to enjoy watching movies.the keyboard is smooth.It great for school or work..Handles any job you throw at it.I recommend it definitely.

Great laptop bought on sale for a reasonable price. Works well, fast, lightweight, colorful display. I had a wonderful experience with the Best Buy staff member who recommended it. Mostly used for paying bills, Google docs, emails and browsing the internet.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! This laptop is worth ALL the HYPE! QLED screen is amazing and the ease of the keyboard when typing is a breeze. I've been looking at this Samsung Flex book for about 2 months now but just wants sure it would live up to my standards in terms is OS. It uses Windows 10 and will be eligible and compatible for the Windows 11 update which made me very happy and pushed my motivation to purchase this laptop even more. Fingerprint reader is a BREEZE and it works well and side by side with any Samsung cellular device or tablet!! APPLE WHO?

I really bought this on sale for $600 and I couldn’t be happier. I don’t think I would’ve bought this tablet at full price but I enjoy it for what it is. I’ve replaced my iPad and Android tablet with this one device. If you are an artist I would recommend something else because there is to pressure sensitivity on this device which can make drawing feel unnatural.

I was excited to get this laptop one weekend..i love Samsung products and this was a great addition to my Samsung family... So i thought. While the resolution was perfect and the colors were so vivid on the screen... I didn't get to enjoy it long. After i got this beauty delivered, i used it a few times.. Thought the fingerprint reader was cool though not perfect. I took the laptop with me to work and updated it to the newest Windows update. Sigh....i should not have done that. Windows is the worst, the weakest OS. You think after all these years they would have gotten it right.. Lol. I couldn't use my laptop after. The fingerprint reader stopped working, couldn't enter my backup pin. Couldn't shut it down, or anything. It was completely useless. If i hadn't needed a Windows laptop for school, i would not have even bothered. So.... While this laptop is beautiful, and has some really cool features and decent specs... Beware of updating it.

This has been surprisingly better than expected. I have only purchased apple products for the last 15 years. But my daughter needed a laptop for school. I actually enjoy using this machine myself sometimes. Small, lightweight and gets the job done.

Works excellent and provides a lot of different uses for the consumer . Runs adobe illustrator well, runs film and video edit software really good. Touch screen is nice and being able to fold the laptop provides an easy artistic feel.

Bought this gift for my brother. He loves it. It has everything he needs on it and we love that you can bend it to use it as a tablet. Touchscreen as well. Overall great purchase.

I purchased this laptop for my wife to use for school. She really likes it since it's small/compact and very light to haul around school and at home. So far the laptop has performed very well and the build quality is excelent.

We got this computer for my mother and she loves it! She likes the size, weight, the display, and of course the OS, etc. I have a similar Samsung which is why I went with this one. I got a large enough hard drive for all her photos.

Wow, fast, light, easy to set up because of my cloud subscriptions. Great features including back lit. Bendable screen for different viewing angles! Touch screen is excellent.

I am very pleased with my Samsung Laptop. I love the size and light weight so it is easy to take with me. The battery life is great. I don't have to worry that it will need recharging in the middle of my work. It has made my work much easier

Very easy to use. I love the touch screen option. I did experience a glitch in the screen but luckily i was still under the store warranty so I was able to swap out for a new computer. I am hoping to have better luck with the new one.

Amazing laptop. Got it on sale and its works great for a little thing it runs well. Screen is good quality. Flips into tablet more well. Little but good. Has a good battery life. Wait for a sale and you get a deal.

Love it! Have only used this for a short while but I have been impressed. The screen is excellent so streaming is great. only issue I have found so far is the shift key on the right side is very small. Very light, yet rugged.
