Initially, I really liked this. It is light weight and works for my work and surfing the interned. However, just after it's 1 year date, the curser started to disappear. I have total care and took it in for a look. They fixed me in about 30 minutes. Issue returned the same night. Took it back in, they fixed it again the next day. Worked for 3 days, disappeared again. Did the online support option. They fixed me. Issue returned the next day...you get the idea. Total irritation at this point.

it's perfect for me, very fast and so far reliable, Sarah ( the lady who helped me) was awesome, she answered all my questions and helped me to pick the perfect fit for me and my needs

Bought this for the eventual return to the office... really love the features and the price could not be beat. Purchase a stylus pen separately... not the S Pen but an Active Pen... works great!

My daughters computer died.Took her to the only place i trust for electronics We looked around comparing prices and specs to come to a conclusion that this was the perfect match at a decent price.

Small and compact. Does a Good job for a carry around work laptop. i5 does what i need it to do. use mainly for web browsing and excel/spreadsheets. Would recommend this. Cons: screen glare

Purchased as a replacement laptop for an aging HP. Slightly more expensive than the other options in this class but amazing performance and GREAT display.

Very classy--looks like an upgraded version of the Mac Book. Silver edges, absolutely stunning screen, folds for a tablet. Plus, it starts up when you open it, the finger security button is flawless, and unlike the Microsoft, it has plenty of connections. The wifi 802.11 ax is the fastest we have in the house (works with our two high-end ASUS AX routers). Some reviews complained about the soft keys. I don't get it--feels like my Dells. And it is super smooth with Windows 11. Feels faster than my newer Dell with an i7. Battery is about twice my Dells. I don't know how well it will last, but first thoughts--excellent Mac killer.

Great computer at a fair price. I got it on "sale". Screen is beautiful. Boots up quickly. The size is perfect for my use which is an on the go PC with limited use. This isn't my main PC. Battery life is reason for four stars.

I've been really impressed by this laptop. I use Cricut to make shirts and it works with it perfectly. Plenty of speed and no lag time between pages. I recommend.

Amazing computer for college work. I havent tried the pen with it yet. The touch screen feature and ease of use makes navigating through all my assignments and books quicker.

Bought this for my husband, he loved, the computer is very light weight, and beautiful... he loved that is touch screen ... i will buy the same for my kids for sure

Bought it for my wife. The screen quality is amazing and it works perfectly with her samsung phone And tablet. Ended up getting it on sale for Around 400.

Great build quality, style and size. Beautiful display. The 8GB RAM is a little disappointing but haven't noticed any performance issues with casual computing and zoom meetings.

Great product! EXactly what I wanted. It was on sale and the price was perfect! It has the features if backlit keyboard, touchscreen and can sync with all my Samsung items.

Excellent computer, small and lightweight. It is great for my school work studies. I did not a big fancy computer and this is perfect for my needs.

Galaxy laptop is Touchable, and folds over to view Streaming services. I didn't take any photos of it. I had a wireless mouse too, and The OS added it easily. Thanks again.

Fast, long battery life, but tends to go to sleep with no reason. Can be woken up easily by turning the machine upside down.
