My wife uses this computer for her college classes and loves it. She started off with a Chromebook which was just too underpowered for her and she needed to be able to use Windows programs like Excel. As an accounting student, online solutions like Google Sheets and even online Excel versions didn't give her what she needed. This machine is compact, yet powerful and includes features that you don't see even on more expensive machines such as biometric security. The only downside to this machine that brings it to a 4/5 instead of a 5/5 is the fact that the RAM is not upgradable.

Hadn't bought a laptop in a long time and I absolutly love it. It's perfect for me..compact, elegent and the screen quality is amazing. The price was good too.

Very compact and light weight to fit nicely in a backpack. I don’t mind carrying it with me to class every day. I think Samsung’s products are well made.

Crisp screen, light, versatile and fast! I mostly use for Microsoft office products but it’s been great for streaming too. I love that it fits in my purse.

Great piece of equipment, the touch screen is a wonderful feature. The multiple usb ports and hdmi option makes it a more powerful laptop. I highly recommended it.

I’m a college student and this laptop is lighweight, highly functional with the school work I have, it’s size is perfect for my backpack and I just love it. The battery runs out kind of fast in my opinion.

Like the touch screen, a bit confusing to get the package with the Microsoft separately this was not clear and it kind of stinks that now you need to pay for it annually. Also smaller than expected.

Excellent computer and very durable, what we love most about it is that it's fast and gets things done. Super portable and the screen converts to a tablet.

Great value for the money you spend IF you get it on sale. Otherwise, there are competitive options around the original price such as the Surface or the Yoga.

I love my laptop! I usually go with hp but I really like this Samsung and the touchscreen.

Im giving this two start for reasons like battery life and no usb c charging port. The laptop is fast, I enjoy the touch screen which I don’t use as often I would say this laptop is probably great for a drawer. The visual of display is great, I purchased this laptop because I wanted some small, light weight and compact and a charging port c. If could back I wouldn’t purchase it because it was also not great for the price of probably the most important feature charger c port.

Great computer. Everything is easy and quick. I miss the number pad I had on my old computer, but the speed and ease of this one makes up for it.
