Just the fact it has backlit keys was a big thing for me. I can now use this in less lit areas and know what I'm typing. T he fingerprint security scan is also nice. Screen is very bright and well focused. I've used this for @ 4 hours everyday for 3 days and still have 23% power....still going.

Small but Mighty!

I really appreciate the size as I have arthritis but it's not too heavy and cumbersome for me to handle. Has a touch screen and what's more you can fold the cover back and it becomes a tablet . Very, very handy. And the graphics and screen resolution are phenomenal! It's a pleasure to use it. I never wanted a laptop but this machine has made a believer of me. I so appreciate the BestBuy associate bringing it to my attention.

I like the 11th generation Intel I5

After almost one month no problems other than one pixel is always green. I'm trying not to fixate on that. This 11th generation Intel I5 is faster than the 10th generation I5 with no perceptible loss of battery life. I bought my daughter the I7 with 512GB SSD and 12GB memory for creating animations and 3D rendering.
